Manny was our guide for the Mezcal tasting. It was a very enjoyable experience. I appreciated the instructions on how to taste the Mezcal and the paring with the salts was a party in my palate. Manny was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Wow, what a great experience. We learned so much and have a new found appreciation for Tequila. Edgar was incredible and so knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Such an amazing Mezcal tasting experience! Manny facilitated the tasting and he took the time to educate us on agaves and tequila and mezcal. The most fun was getting to sample and try all the mezcals with a variety of different salts!

Edgar and Corina were beyond incredible. This is what you book when you are here for vacation. Your jaw will be on the floor with how good the tequila goes along with the food. The is the experience of a lifetime and to miss out on this is crazy. Edgar was on the podcast and his service + info was incredible this the dream cultural experience that any adult age can enjoy. 100+% recommend to do as not only the drinks but the food you will not get anywhere else as it is all one of a kind experience. I have never been so lucky and it it’s such a privilege to get to experience something like this. Edgar and Corina were incredible and you can’t dream of better service or an experience. Edgar and Corina both are very passionate and love this place which is why it is such an experience. The highlight of our trip for sure. It was a pleasure to be apart of this experience:)

We had such an incredible time at this tasting. Every tequila/mezcal was paired PERFECTLY with a delicious plate. Eduardo, our guide, was so knowledgeable and funny. We left with two bottles to take home to savor and share with friends.

We highly recommend this tasting. Corinna helped us get a last minute booking the day before. When we got there Manny was very knowledgeable and talked us through all the different mezcals and their unique characteristics. Each mezcal had a pairing that brought out all the different flavors. This is also a great neighborhood to grab some food afterwards

We worked with Corinna to prepare an in-home tasting and food pairing for a group of 12 in celebration of an engagement, including among the group members were some first time visitors to Mexico. Corinna, Edgar, and Rodrigo provided us with an evening that none of us will soon forget. Corinna's menu design along with Chef Rodrigo's execution skills were perfectly paired with the tequilas, mezcal, bacanora and sotol that Edgar provided. His knowledge of the spirits might be unmatched. All of us enjoyed learning about the history of agave and the different flavors that result. The spirits and food pairings were pitch perfect. A terrific in home evening of tasting the best Mexico has to offer.

This was amazing and 100% worth it. Edgar was our host and he was incredibly insightful. He answered all of our questions and made sure we had fun along the way. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

This is our second time doing the tasting and it is SO much fun, incredibly informative and delicious. I highly recommend! Ask for Edgar- he is the best!!!!!
