Weird review as I have not attended the experience yet but........ booked last night 11th October for 5pm tomorrow 13th October. Received a reference number but no email, as informed. E mailed the location 3 times, called them once, emailed the warden as directed. not a single response from anyone. Not even sure if my booking is valid or if i'm welcome?
If someone can be actually be bothered to show any customer service i will be delighted. At this point all I hope is if I get to experience the activity it is better than the customer care received so far........ Watch this space

This place absolutely killed the Stag-do vibe. Group of 14 with plenty of spirits for them to mix their cocktails. After standing about for half hour getting cooked on the pavement , we were allowed in. Keen to keep the mood alive, we wanted some drinks, of which we told to rudely “wait”. After all the drama and strange story line, we got served our drinks in some camping like cups. The cocktail were actually nice, but not a lot to enjoy. From start to finish, half of us received 2 drinks and the others 3. Not what we expected. Barman had randomly came over with a power trip to tell us to stop banging on the prison cells, which strangely had not happened. I can imaging there will be a response from the venue describing how this didn’t happen and wasn’t up to their standard etc etc, but I’d advise any stag to swerve it. Bored the life out of us and the other hen and stags do’s not just us! Oh well, hope this helps any others.

Was brilliant, definitely would recommend. The experience was really immersive and so funny. The actors were all very friendly and Officer Roberts you are a heart breaker. I’ll always love you 😉😂

The cocktails are awesome. They ask whether you like them sweet, sour or mixed, we chose mixed (the cocktail makers are v good and so discrete). We had a cocktail up the i360 earlier that day.....yours were much better!
Johnson, Warden, Stanley and Cassie were great. The Warden especially, how he keeps a straight face, I dont know....well done.
The show and the set were v good and the balance of audience participation was good too despite a few people in the audience wanting to compete for attention!
Special mention for the security guard... Really pleasant chap (not part of the show).
Tiny comment wd be that I was surprised the uniforms were put straight back on the shelves for the next group but understand these small venues need to keep costs down too.

Omg. This is amazing. The actors are brilliant. We definitely would love to come back. Had such fun. My husband got pulled out to do some yodelling.

We booked to celebrate a Hen Do and were all blown away by the fantastic staff, the hilarious antics, the delicious cocktails and the many, many photo opportunities! It was a show + quality drinks + side splitting laughs. Would highly recommend and will definitely return! Shout out to Officer Johnson, Officer Backwell and Willy the Warden ❤️

Amazing experience from all the actors there, especially Johnson and Cassidy! Loved every minute, only thing to moan about was the ‘slightly’ loud group of 13 in the cells next to us! No fault to the team though, they were all fab and up for a laugh.
Drinks were made tailored to our likes and were all delicious. 4 drinks spread throughout the night, left feeling a little tipsy but not drunk which was perfect. Definitely worth a visit!

I honestly cannot recommend Alcotraz Brighton enough - it made our trip. Ronda, Johnson, Warden, Brad behind the bar and our favourite Jared were AMAZING! The story was consistent, interactive and SO much fun!! We had a group of 5 who had travelled down for my 30th and this was just the best time! So worth the money, I’ll be recommending to everyone who’ll listen and if you’re in the area, this is a must visit!! “COME ON PIGGY!!” X

Had the most wonderful evening.
So much fun from start to finish, actors were incredible.
We took white rum and had 4 fantastic cocktails - not a bad one amongst them
Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone visiting Brighton!

A really incredible experience! We were totally immersed, the drinks made for us were fantastic and we were given plenty of photo opportunities!! Actors were fabulous and we felt totally immersed, never knew what was going to happen next!!! Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to do something different in Brighton!
