My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service that was provided. Our ferry was late and our hotel never sent a driver to pick us up at the port. We knew we where cutting it close but after a driver was finally sent we knew we missed our scheduled time. My wife called e-TUK just to see if there was a chance in rescheduling. They where extremely accommodating and squeezed us in. They even offered to pick us up at the port and take us to our hotel, but we where already in route. Soto, our guide, was already waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived. He waited as we checked in allowed us to collect our bearings. Our first stop was a private cheese tasking tour at local Farmer's establishment. We were treated to a variety of cheese and other treats. It was amazing. The tour continued as we visited several beaches around the island and a tour through the old port to visit and walk through the shops, the windmills, and then watch the best sunset in the world at Little Venice. He tailored the tour around us. He was very informative and we never felt rushed. We had an amazing time!

We have booked 2 couple from Royal Caribbean cruise ship a tour with electric tuk. it was an amazing experience. We saw all the hidden places of Mykonos. I suggest it to all cruise passenger to try this fantastic tour. Next year i will do it again this time in Athens. Thank you Tuk Tuk Hellas!!

Don't use this service. We booked 2 Tuk Tuks and were not informed until we were already traveling that these were not available. They instead rented a van for us. We asked the van driver the cost and he told us a rate much below what we paid. We were looking forward to using the Eco friendly vehicles - we did not want to be getting in and out of a van all day. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!

We really sorry that you were disappointed and you weren’t enjoy the tour with the alternative option. We share with you the alternative option in order to do not miss the tour and have the chance to see the island.
We suggested to you that if you didn’t want the van option we could send you a full refund but you choose to took the alternative and we very sorry for that you didn’t enjoy the tour. We cannot know what the driver share with you about prices, maybe he shared with you the price of what would cost to rent a car for a day and not about the tour service. I hope you’ll visit Greece again and have the opportunity to enjoy a tour with the eco vehicles.

I'm embarrassed to even reveal how much we paid this company to take 22 of us around Mykonos during a business outing. If it weren't for the fact that we had so many clients with us, I would have made a huge scene and demanded a refund. It was a total bait and switch. They claimed that the Tuks were late in their delivery in June but now that I've read another horrific review, I realize it was a total lie. They then put us in some Suzuki cabs and kept all our money!! Thousands!! The tour was a joke! Our drivers didn't even speak English so weren't able to give us any information as we were driving around. This company needs to be closed!!

Thank you for your comment. Yes, it was a misfortune that our eTuks weren’t delivered due time your visit. That’s why one week before your arrival day we offered you the alternative, so your guests won’t miss the opportunity of the tour with our eΤuk and the 5 vehicles from a cooperative company.
As we mentioned to you in a private message on 12th of June we are very upset that you weren’t satisfied with the other vehicles and that its drivers weren’t native speakers.
For that reason, our Lead Driver had clear and strict instructions from our company to take the best care of you and your group. From what he reported afterwards to us, the drivers did their best to satisfy everyone (video recordings with the vehicles’ convoy – reaching the best natural beauty spots of the Island – offering extra time when they wanted to admire a beautiful area they liked the best etc).
We believe that everyone was very polite and helpful to all of you and everyone just wanted your satisfaction. The Headquarters were also in constant communication with the Lead Driver in order to ensure that you have a wonderful time.
We are very sorry about what occurred regarding the e-Tuks, but really we did more than our best to serve and satisfy you and to overcome all the unexpected misfortune events.
To conclude, as we shared to you with a private message on 12th of June, our priority is the best customer service and we were also disappointed how the things turned out. Our invitation is still on to serve you with our eTuks whenever you wish to.

Although our party of four had a bit of a snafu with the times, we eventually met our driver and two other participants, and we took off. The guide took us to several different areas of note on the island. We had fun. Unfortunately, we rushed off the ship only to find that the time had changed to 2 hours later.

Booked and paid for Mykonos ETuk through Trip Advisor. $488 for 8 people. The day before the tour we received an email stating the ETuks were unavailable. They offered to cancel or find us alternative transportation. Since we wanted to see the island, they booked us in a taxi van (NOT an ETuk) but now are refusing to refund the amount we paid above the taxi cost. A taxi van for 3 hrs does NOT cost $488. Not even close. Major bait and switch operation- beware!!!!

we are sorry you feel that way. However, we informed you in due time about the situation (not a day before) and with several messages we asked you repeatedly if you wish us to proceed with refund or you want us to arrange an alternative.
You agreed to have the alternative we offered and you had the tour. After seven hours since the end of the tour you asked to pay you back the price difference. Instantly, we explained that there is no price difference since we paid additional to reserve the lux van (not a taxi van). Our priority was your satisfaction and to enjoy the tour without burden you with any extra costs. Please note that due to high season period in Mykonos the prices are high, and you can imagine how higher could be if the request is a last minute request.
However, as we said previously, we wanted to provide you a fun experience no matter what the additional cost would be for us. Our manager and his local team was alert to ensure that you and your friends had a great time and enjoyed the tour!
We were in constant communication with everyone in order to ensure smooth delivery of the service and that everything is in order. We did everything we could to serve you as best as it was possible given the circumstances. We can ensure you that the only thing that mattered to us was your satisfaction. We did our best to make you happy.

What a great way to spend 3 hours. From the crowded town , the shops , the port , the windmills... to a nature lake and then watch the best sunset in the world. Nothing was too much trouble and the tour was modelled around what we wanted to do not just a set agenda....& the tuk tuk was amazing , certainly turned a lot of heads!!
We were even dropped off at the restaurant of our choice for dinner at the end of the tour

We enjoyed our day in Mykonos with Lefteris. He was a fun and knowledgeable guide. He met is at the ship and took us around the island and then for a swim in the ocean. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Best way to get around Mykonos. Great friendly and knowledgeable driver who showed us a variety of sights. Very safe. Could be improved in my view if itinerary/ stops are outlined at beginning of tour so one knows better what to expect.

We had 1 eTuk as we were only one couple. We choose the 3 hours tour to visit Mykonos island. Our driver was very polite and show us around.
I think that the vehicles can run for 100 km because they are electric.
They might do individual tours. I think they book them for events or weddings.
But for sure you can ask them. I hope my answer helped you

So what we can do is: separate your group in 2 groups of 5 people and do the Mykonos Tours. The 1st will be 14:00 to 16:30 and the 2nd will be 16:30 to 19:00.
