Our family went on the Catamaran to Cielo and had an absolutely amazing experience! The crew was welcoming, friendly, attentive and excited to share the experience with all of us! We met so many wonderful people and couldn’t have asked for a better tour! Snorkeling, crystal clear water to relax in and enjoy, great food and drinks served continuously, followed by a beautiful sunset on the trip back! Cindy sent us multiple reminders and instructions about our trip and got back to us in minutes with questions we had, both as we were preparing for our tour ahead of time and immediately the day of when we wanted to be sure we were in the right spot waiting on the boat and crew!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

We did the Cielo and Cielto snorkel tour with ceviche and fruit snack. It was marvelous! We did the same tour last year and loved it so much, we had to go back with our friends! Christian, Leo, Carlos and Jonny were the best crew we could have asked for. We only had one other group of 4 with our group of 7, so we felt like we were on a private tour with friends! The music was fantastic, the group was dancing, the kids were laughing. It was a highlight of our vacation! I highly recommend!

We booked a 28 foot private boat for 6 hours for our family of 8.
First of all, our cruise changed port days on us, and FlipTours was able to make last minute arrangements to accommodate us.
Every single thing about our day was amazing! Noel and Diego took amazing care of us all day long, took us to a snorkel spot, a private beach, and made us the most delicious lunch. The food was beautifully arranged, tasted like a 5 star dining experience! Everything we asked for we received.
I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

Our family came to visit us in Playa Del Carmen and we wanted to show them everything the area offered. I was recommended Flip Tours Cozumel on a FaceBook expats living in Playa Del Carmen page. I am glad I took the recommendation! We were seven people from 10 years old to 66. We had a boat called the Pelicano and loved it. The two man crew was very attentive and professional. We saw rays, turtles sharks and starfish as we bounced around the southern tip of Cozumel. We never felt rushed and it was really beautiful and relaxed. The lunch was amazing and prepared fresh. Plenty of food and drink for everyone. As fun as it was this old man was when we headed for home. Get ahold of Cindy at Flip Tours Cozumel and really enjoy your time in Cozumel

I was a little scared being in Cancun and 'going off' the beaten path of what the Cruise ships want you to do. I booked this excursion based on recommendations from a few locals I met through social media. Cindy was very prompt in replying and was very informative. If you book and follow the directions that she gives you, she and her team will take care of you. We took our over 20-year-old daughters on this excursion, and they both gave it two thumbs up. While the sites were very overpopulated with other companies, our guide, Alex, took time to ensure that none of us got lost. The final stop was worth it. They bring food and drinks; you stand in waste-deep, crystal-clear water. A few stingrays visited, and there was a lot of laughter and good times. If I had to say something wrong, it would be the end of the excursion before they let you off the boat. They walk around looking for tips. I was planning on tipping, so I was OK with it. I am sure they have done the research and get more tips by asking for it than by hoping for it.

We took 4 hours trip and it was so good. Everything went as expected. The captain and the guy who did the snorkeling with us was really good. They are flexible with the requirements.

Went fishing, boat was miss brandy. Caught 12 trigger fish and went to El Cielo snorkeling. The trip was absolutely amazing and beautiful. Captain Felix and 1st mate Edgat were very friendly and helpful.

COZUMEL TURTLE ENCOUNTER & CIELO PRIVATE
Everything was easy and professional from start to finish. I booked this tour for my husband and I, two adult children and a friend. A Norte came through the island which meant we had to reschedule and Cindy was on it even before I messaged her. We found the marina and boat without issue and set off to explore some snorkel spots.
Our captain Angel was fun and knowledgeable and found us amazing reefs to snorkel. We saw vividly coloured fan coral and an abundance of fish all on a shallow reef close to the surface. Some of us are scuba divers and normally snorkel tours take you to reefs that are too deep and better for divers. At our second stop we spotted two green sea turtles and a juvenile reef shark. We finished the day with a delicious lunch prepared by Angel and José at El Cielo where we watched stingrays swim around our feet over the white sand and brilliant turquoise water.
The setting sun was a picture perfect backdrop to this fun-filled day. Book with Flip Tours, you’ll be glad you did!

fantastic way to see Cozumel....excellent communication right up until I went on tour...the boat was late by 2 hrs and they waited for me and then we went and caught up with the rest of the trikes...excellent tour and people

My husband and I booked the Cozumel Family Ranch & Tequila Tour. We had a great time with our guide Carlos at the Toledo Ranch. It was a private tour with just the two of us. We started with an introduction to the Ranch and a walking tour, then sampled local fruits and coconuts, then had a cooking class where we prepared fresh salsa and guacamole. Finally, we did a Tequila tasting, trying Jalisco’s white/dark and flavored tequilas. Everyone at the Ranch was very personable, which made for a very unique and fun experience. A great tour option for those who want a personalized and authentic excursion away from the cruise ship crowds!
