Horribly disappointing. We paid $11.20 per person for not even a ten minute “tour”. The girl giving the tour was so soft spoken, we kept saying “what?” Because the two of us in the tour couldn’t hear anything she said. We learned nothing. We tried the dark, milk, and white chocolates as they were being mixed and then were offered one tiny sample. The samplings had interesting flavor descriptions but didn’t taste like anything. This was one of our top stops in Nassau and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

As someone who doesn’t particularly like Hersey’s chocolate, or chocolate in general, I LOVED this chocolate!! It has a lovely texture and is not grossly sweet like other brands. You have to try it!

The tour was fun and you do get to taste a few different chocolates and make your own. My only problem really was there was no dedicated check-in spot and when we asked where to wait (since we arrived 15 min early as the email suggests), they just said "anywhere". As someone who likes to have a dedicated meeting spot for tours, it was a bit confusing and disappointing.

Cute lil street …very picturesque. It’s a narrow road with cars passing by so to take a good shot u need to wait and be careful …. Insta worthy 😍

Couple things I want to note for other people - 1. they do not accept American cash - every other place I have ever been in the Caribbean does, so that was a surprise. I was not able to buy anything because I don't carry my credit card off the cruise ship. 2. Toddlers are not allowed on the paid tour so I was not permitted to book in advance, but I was told there was a short walk through style tour we could do day of. When I got there in the morning, I was told those were all full for the entire day. For me, this was a waste of a walk. Hopefully it goes better for others.

We're sorry to hear that you visited us but were unable to do a tour, we do offer all of our tours for presale online and encourage guests to prebook to avoid exactly what happened to you.
As you saw on the signage our facilities are CASHLESS therefore no cash is accepted (US or otherwise).

It was very interesting to learn about the history of the chocolate and to see it being made. The best part was tasting the diffrent chocolates they made. You get to make your own bar and it is a decent size.
I would have given it 5 stars. I like very dark chocolate. They let you taste it but not make your own bar from it and they don't sell it. 70% is the darkest they sell.

We were the only 2 participants with Doanna as our teacher and we all laughed so much. Fabulous time! Now that we are officially chocolatiers, we need to know what shift we will be on!

We did this tour back in 2014 when they were doing cruise ship excursions. Now they seem to be doing smaller tours booked through their website directly or through 3rd parties. We had a small tour of 8 people (4 from our family and 4 others). It was a good size for the size of the facility. On the tour, you get some explanation of the chocolate process, you get to taste white, milk, and dark chocolates. They show you how they process the chocolate and make some of their product. Then, you get to make your own chocolate treats. Our family really enjoyed it and would do it again.

Loved this tour. I think it was $54 a person. We ended up with a private tour because no one else signed up! Our tour guide was so nice. We got to try all three of their chocolates (white, dark, and milk), their dark chocolate before all the sugar was added, a coco bean, and then 2 of their best selling bon bons. We then got to make our own chocolate bar, two bon bons, chocolate covered oreo, and chocolate covered marshmallow. The Chocolate is soooooo good! Its just a short walk from the cruise ship port. I 100% recommend this to others.

Husband and I just walked thru- not on a tour. We purchased and sampled a few delicious chocolates. We decided not to do a tour- but the chocolates were worth the stop and few bucks we spent on them.
