Really cool trip, hand held through an awesome fun time. We really like wine and these guys took us to some lesser known wineries that were simply amazing, the wines were so good. The fun we had along with the exquisite wine was enough but what I was not expecting was the food experiences. Oh dear, the wine is amazing, but you know what? so is the food! Not taking about enchiladas here, they've got world class cuisine here, the produce and ingredients just taste so phenomenally fresh. I truly felt farm to table or boat to table. Our guide was so friendly and accommodating, we wanted to do some things we saw in the show and he was game. So they took us to a bunch of places, don't wanna give away too much but one place we loved that was son the TV show and that has everything, I mean if you just went to this place it would be worth the trip is called Villa del Valle, that is a Tuscan style B&B which is just stunning but booked solid, we didn't stay there, but on the same premises they have a world class restaurant called 'Corazon de Tierra', like nothing you've experienced, on same location they have a winer cellar called "Vena Cava" with very high quality wines in one of the most unique cellars you will see anywhere and last but certainly not least they have a food truck called "Troika" which has some of the tastiest food I've ever had, my mouth literally waters thinking about that place. Great tour, will do again! Crossing South the experience is legit fun, and its so close... can't wait to do it again.

Thank you for the Crossing South Experience Jorge! Wine tours were fun and of course the selection was to die for. My wife really loved the wine tour. Next time we may bump up to the other package and see what higher end wineries we can visit.
Thanks for picking us up from San Ysidro border so I didn't have to figure out my way thru Tijuana.

I love is PBS show crossingsouth but actually going to the Baja to live it was a treat for my family and kids. So many Tour guides dont use the correct legal protocols, so if you travel with them you could be pulled over and abandoned by the police because they are not real tour companies. Jorge is legit and legal. Stay safe with him not these others we have tried before.

Took the Crossing South Wine Tour in Baja California today and it was amazing! The scenery was breathtaking and the experience, unforgettable! The wine experience and education were informative and delightful.Definitely worth it. They will pick you up at the San Ysidro border and they take you the rest of the way. Fun, safe and a celebrity like experience for such a low cost. The only thing I would change is to get the T-Shirt at the beginning of the tour instead of the end so I could have taken some photos with it!

I just had to write this review because its the best fun get away we’ve found in a long time. Just to relax,refresh, and recalibrate. Its class and comfort. Boutique wineries and gourmet food. Hassle free, stress free, and worry free.
Its really one of the best kept secrets in the area. Having the Crossing South Experience was a first time no driving road trip for us. We always wanted to check out Baja and finally found a way to do it feeling safe and without the driving hassle and the upside is quality time connecting with a loved one.

Class + comfort = complete satisfaction. From the moment we were picked up we felt completely cared for. The drive down was luxurious, (Mercedes Van) and the views were spectacular!
The vineyards were top notch and the food was fresh and delicious.
Great tour, great tastes, a great time! I can't think of a better way to take in Baja.

You are going to have a blast! This was our first trip with Crossing South the Experience. My wife and I had been to Mexico before and driving our own car is always a bit nerve wracking. So to get picked up and driven around to some sweet hidden spots was awesome. No stress just sit back and enjoy the ride. Super cool tour guide and we got the inside story on all the wineries we visited.

Best tour EVER! I can't begin to rave enough about this tour. Or better yet, experience, because that's exactly what this is! From start to finish we were in awe. Absolutely unforgettable experience. To be honest, the thought of crossing the border gave me a measure of anxiety but once we meet our awesome hosts any apprehension went right out the window. Guadalupe valley has to be one of the coolest up and coming places to visit but where should we start, which wineries should we go to, where do we eat? Crossing South the Experience has that all covered. From the moment they greeted us with a chilled glass of chardonnay in an air conditioned van we knew this tour was just going to get better. The staff was relaxed, thier knowledge of Baja impeccable and the winieries we visited were straight out of a travel magazine. This is definitely a "must do" while in southern Cali. We can't wait for out next visit so we can experience this again. No disappointments here, this will be the highlight of your year.
