I almost can't say enough about the 2-hour Turkish bath experience and my therapist Alex! Top Self treatment here at Haman! Very clean and relaxing inside. Alex was extremely professional and carrying. I had a mild sunburn and Alex noticed was very gentle in dealing with it. I floated on a cloud when I left! ☁️ 😊

Simply the coolest experience I have had in some time. The Hamam Ritual was unique, relaxing and luxurious. Will definitely do again upon my return. Alex was amazing! Highly recommend!

2nd time doing the full Hamam experience.. still incredible, there’s just nothing like it!
The massage was my favorite part but the rituals before it are authentic & relaxing. Will definitely be back again!

One of the best experiences I have ever had at a spa. Unbelievable service and professional staff. Honestly, will be going every time I am in PV. THE BEST.

The full hamam experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. We were welcomed in and our therapists took us through our experience which was wonderful to get to do together as a couple. Would highly suggest a stop here to relax over anything a hotel may provide. We'll be back on our next trip!

Highly highly recommend! We have been to Puerto Vallarta a few times but this was our first time at Hamam Turkish Spa and it was definitely the highlight of an already great trip. The moment we walked in we were immediately greeted so pleasantly by Thomas at the front desk and really started the whole experience off right. Hugo & Mauro were absolutely fantastic and the complete experience was one we will definitely be returning to do again on our next trip. Can’t say enough good things!!

This place is incredibly unique in the services it provides. It's a great place to get rest & relaxation. I scheduled the Hamam Turkish Ritual as a "couple"...... massage and it sure did not dissapoint. I am so impressed with this place from the atmosphere to the physical therapists themselves, this place is the gold standard in pampering. I left there wishing for longer services. 2 hours wasn't nearly enough. If I had to imagine what heaven is like, I would picture it like this place. I didn't want to leave. But when I did leave I left in a state of physical and mental bliss. I would not hesitate in recommending this place to anyone. It's truly a one of a kind place. I can't wait to go back when possible next time I'm in Puerto Vallarta. Try this place out, you won't regret it!

Does HAMAM profiled people to decide who gets the service and who doesn’t?

Absolutely no. However due to Covid19 we allowed only one person or couple to have a service in the same time , so all spa is exclusive for you. Because of that we have to confirm manually every booking.
Since you did attempt in pick time Thanksgiving/Christmas was just bad luck. We did not know that you tired previously. I know that you are upset but trust me was not intentional. We are very sorry for that and we hope one day you will give us a try again. Also in situations like this sometimes is better just to call us instead reservation on-line.
Please let me know how much for one hour

As you will see ontheir website, you either schedule a 2 hour session or a 2.5 hour session. The session is more than just a massage. It is a body scrub and facial treatment, so the extra time is worth it.
