3) All instruction is one-on-one - you can't go wrong.
4) They will pick you up and drop you off from your hotel!
5) They purposely teach you at a beach waves that seem custom made for learning. The waves aren’t big enough to scare anyone, but big enough to give you a nice ride. And when you fall you can just stand up!
6) My instructor, Roberto was kind, thoughtful, thorough, and very passionate about teaching people how to surf. There was on moment when we got caught in the "impact zone" of a wave and he jumped in front of me to let the wave hit his back so it would lessen the impact on me. It wasn't necessary or expected, but also, who would even think to do that?
7) They sent me a lot of great pictures afterwards that friends and family loved.
Honestly, I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my very first surfing lesson. I don't know how it will go for others, but I got up on my very first 2 tries, fell on the 3rd, then rode maybe 20 (or more) straight waves after that. It's addicting, and I didn't want the lesson to end. But uness you're in your teens, you'll be glad later that it ended because I was zonked out for a while afterwards - surfing works the entire body and will wear.you.out! Then you'll want to do it again the very next chance!
Take a lesson with this family owned company, you'll definitely ride some waves, you'll be safe, and you'll have an awful lot of fun!
