We love this shop and always visit it during our annual visits to Puerto Vallarta. Over the years, we have found wonderful tiles and gifts and have even had a box of their decorative Talavera tiles shipped to our Southern CA home. We have also ordered custom name and address plaques, one even completed in a very short time so we could take it with us. The staff is friendly, excellent and knowledgeable, even solving one problem that baffled a couple of tile companies at home . We always look forward to visiting this shop and seeing their mascot kitty too!

I have been to this store many times and purchased hundreds of tiles for my remodel projects in San Diego. They are very helpful, speak English fluently and accommodate any request. Recently, I had them create and make a custom address tile for one of my properties. It was done professionally and on time! I will continue to come back time and time again.

We ordered two custom tiles to take home. Unfortunately one was broken when it was removed from the kiln. We were leaving the next day but we were promised that they would make a new one and courier it to us. We received our tile 12 days after we returned home and it's perfect. Thank you!

Tile factory with everything from tea sets to entire kitchens. Well worth seeking it out and seeing what they have. Very nice people working there.

Store with a small “factory” upstairs. Stopped here on part of a cruise tour. You can see a few workers creating and painting the tiles, very time-consuming and detailed worked. Downstairs in the store is huge selection of vibrant, colorful handpainted tiles and a variety of other ceramics. Bowls, plates, cups, mosaic plaques, etc. They will securely pack items for you to take home, or can arrange shipping. Very low prices for the beautiful pieces they sell. Bring your Visa or MasterCard, saves on the cost.

Hand painted ceramics galore. They have sinks of all sizes and every imaginable type of dish. Every piece is hand painted. You can even go upstairs and watch them painting. The prices, like everything else in Puerto Vallarta, are going up year after year. However, there is no middle man, so you really get a decent deal.

Been there 3 times. Always courteous and professional. Finally had a 48 tile picture shipped home. All arrived safe and sound and earlier than expected. Can’t wait to go back next month. 4 stars 🌟.

The tile we have purchased were used in the bathroom and kitchen, as they are smaller than regular floor tiles. They can be used but it would be best to view them at the showroom to be sure.
