I’ve visited this parish several times in the past few months and found it to be welcoming, engaging, and thriving. The priest offers great sermons, the singing is spirited, and each Sunday the coffee hour offered a great opportunity for conversation and fellowship. While I don’t live in PV, based upon the announcements each Sunday, the congregation plays an active role in the community.

Happy you were able to join our congregation at Christ Church. Being able to share worship with people from around the world who visit Puerto Vallarta is a rewarding experience to all of us. All are welcome.

I throughly enjoyed my experience at Christ church by the sea being welcomed at the door and invited to sit with one of the regulars. The sermon was interesting and helpful. Hospitality at the social hour after service was delightful.

It was ousted by the diocese. The legitimate Church has legal rights to the name Christ Church by the Sea meets in Plaza Genovese. You will find information about the church by looking elsewhere on your search page

We decided to attend the Christ Church by the Sea. The bus dropped us off near by, the service was very nice with beautiful music. Very nice welcoming people.

Hardly anyone there. It used to be a vivacious and happy place to worship and share with friends. Kind of a disorganized and lifeless experience now.

Hola Joyce, I think you might be confusing Christ Church by the Sea with the group in our former location which has withdrew all affiliation with the Anglican Church of Mexico and the Episcopalian Church in the United States. We have a new Rector, Fr. Bob Webster, music director, Jean-Guy Comeau, weekly Bible Study and a very active congregation which I believe you will recognize from the past. Check our address, it is different, and come visit us.

The church is open year round for Sunday and holiday services at 10 am. Stay after for a social hour, and a group is always up for going out to lunch. My extended family loves to worship here each year. We are also impressed with the outreach into the local community from re-painting the local school to donating computers are tutors to the middle school for the handicapped.

My son and I have enjoyed many Sunday mornings there worshiping. Everybody is very kind and welcoming. I really enjoy when Father Michael does the sermons.
