We bought 2 tablecloths from this shop last week. They needed to be 3 meters long - we paid $90 each for them. When we returned to the US, we found one was far short of the 3 meters.
The phone number listed for the shop is not listed, there is no email shown for them either, so we just wasted $90. We hope it was an accident on the shopkeepers part, but cannot tell.

Worst experience. It’s been over a year and I still don’t have my money back. She promised to ship something to me, I paid her and I never saw my package. I had previously ( 3 days before spent over $1,400 ). Made an agreement for a sale and shipping- she owes me over $800!

I was charged $300 USD for something that anywhere else would be about $30 and after saying that they needed to add $2 USD to charge my credit card, they added another $50 USD by faking the exchange rate. These are horrible humans who act very sweet while blatantly ripping you off.

Overcharged for items purchased here including an exorbitant 16 percent service charge on a credit card purchase. If you negotiate a discount take this hidden charge into account. Store workers blamed owner's rules on extra charges. It is not customary for a 16 percent credit card surcharge to be passed on to customer under the disguise of a government tax.

This store has a lot of nice things for purchase but I am giving a one star rating because the woman charged our credit card 20% above the agreed upon price. This was an extra $83 she stole from us. We will never do business with this place again. Disputing this charge. Only wish I had seen the reviews before my husband and I became another victim.

Overpriced goods. High pressure sales person. Charged extra 20% on my credit card. Go buy the stuff somewhere else. Better yet, first go to fixed price stores to have an idea of the value of the object. Keep in mind, ALL the items found in Indian Hands are found in other stores. It's not a gallery that sells pieces by certain artist/s.
Oh yeah. One of their entrances has no signage. I only found out the name of the store from my credit card statement.

Woman tried to charge us lots more money than we agreed upon. Wanted us to pay for two items in cash and the rest on a credit card but then charged the credit card for all of the items and claimed we owed her the cash. My husband made her write it all out at which point she couldn't play games anymore.She kept getting out a calculator and punching in a bunch of numbers and acting "confused." I was shocked so many people had the same experience.

My wife bought a pretty top and some jewelry. We bargained the total price to $380 American dollars. Our credit card statement showed a charge of $468. The receipt was in pesos, so when she signed it she didn't realize they had changed the amount. Don't shop at this place. You'll get ripped off.

First, I was charged more than the agreed upon price for an expensive head board. Then, after sharing it shipped multiple times, I learned it was not. I was lied to over and over again.

I was looking for a wedding gift for my grand-daughter, and found the perfect piece in this gallery. The saleswoman gave me the price, but when she brought the receipt, it was 3,000 more pesos than the price we agreed upon. I told her to keep the item, and she assured me that the transaction was cancelled. The next day my bank called to tell me that the vendor had sent through the transaction. The bank knows about this vendor, so they are protecting me.
If you want to enjoy your vacation in /Cabo, NEVER go to this gallery. They are the most dishonest people I have ever come across.
