Best grocery shopping in Nuevo Vallarta. Expect many of the same brands as home, plus delicious bakery, fresh fish and meat. Prices are the same as Canada.

This is a lovely store . Spacious ,huge selection of items and spacious isles. Lovely place to stock up wine groceries etc. . Right next to Costco. No need to buy the big items like Costco. Really good place

The cleanest shopping it is better than at home great butcher shop counter tasty bakery and kind staff if you cannot converse in Spanish they will find someone who can speak English bread is always fresh on the shelf restocking shelves always tidy and cold beer it you want it

Saturday 5th February and we walked from our Hotel, Riu Palace Pacifico to this store. Our route took us along Boulevard Central then across the main highway, using the footbridge to get here, about twenty minutes walk.
There are two vast stores here Mega and this one, we visited both, however, this we felt was the better one of the two.
We entered the building on the ground floor and took the travelator to the store on the first floor. We had to leave our holdall at the front kiosk and wear a face mask throughout our visit (not a problem).
We were amazed to see how well all the produce was laid out on display, including fruit, vegetables, bread, fish and so much more. There was a huge cheese and deli section in the centre.
The aisles were wide and spacious and easy to manoeuvre around. The shelves were very well stocked and clean. The bottles in the alcohol and wine section sparkled on the shelves.
There is a large pharmacy section, with a Doctor in attendance, during certain hours, for a consultation if required.
There is a cafe within the store as well as a large electrical and homeware departments.
Think it would be quicker to list what is not available here, would be a short list.
Do not normally enthuse about a Supermarket, but this one really did tick all the boxes.
Just across from here there is a Starbucks, mainly drive thru but does have seating inside

Such a nice grocery store!
We shopped here for our PV trip for a week. We loved how clean, and bright and full it was. It’s like Whole Foods in the US. It had a hundred types of yogurts even cashew yogurt! It has oat milk too. BUT no flavored coffee creamers

Easy to find edibles both fresh and packaged of all types. Also, useful household items like any large box store. The Walmart that isn't. Lots of wine varieties and British teas as well as tequila and beer. Most things were listed in Spanish and English for ease of comprehension. Lots of staff if one wanted help and lots of checkout stands for a crowd. Friendly schoolgirls packed my groceries for a tip, into my own bags, which they did easily, as if they'd done it before.
