We had breakfast in the cafe and it was great, all descriptions bang on and vegetarians and meat eaters equally happy.

Have visited this place many times to sit outside and enjoy a coffee or cold drink along with a cake or something more substantial.
I prefer to drink my coffee/hot drink from an actual cup rather than something I’m going to throw away before leaving. I’m not taking the coffee away so I don’t need a takeaway cup.
Sometimes a staff member will fulfil the (what I think is a reasonable) request and other times you’ll get someone who just won’t without any real justifiable reason. I’m not in the habit of breaking items and they serve food on proper plates with normal cutlery so why refuse such a simple request.
It might seem like I’m moaning for no reason but there may be people with sensory issues who prefer to drink out of a proper cup.
They have an incredible location, the food is at the higher end of the process range for some of their offerings but I understand everyone has overheads and the premium is worth paying to enjoy the location.
It’s a great location the staff are on the whole friendly. It’s only the one idiotic and inconsistent rule that causes issue during any experience.

Visited here to see a show and was pleasantly surprised how nice the theatre is . Were seated on the balcony and had a great stage view .
The seats are quite comfortable and you have a cup holder so you can take drinks in .
The loos were clean and quite a few so not much time waiting for those.
Just 1 thing could do with a lift though was offered alternative seating downstairs as I use a stick .
The interlude drinks idea is great as you don’t have to stand and wait at bar. Though the prices are a bit steep.
The staff are helpful and welcoming.
Will we vist again a definite yes

We had a really good experience visiting this theatre. We've only been twice, but my experience here and the performances have been far better than in the New Theatre Cardiff.
Last year we watched Tales of Acorn Wood and this month we watched The Three Little Pigs Musical and both were of fantastic quality and well priced. Loads of interactive entertainment with the crowd which the kids loved. The performances were long enough to be enjoyed but not too long that children get overwhelmed or bored. It would be nice to see more evening programmes for children as currently I can only see day time performances offered and it can be difficult to juggle these with work.
Will keep an eye out in future for other children's performances here - We've already booked Milkshake Live for March.
One recommendation for the facilities: the only baby change I was aware of was in the disabled toilet but it wasn't signposted. The toilet itself was also quite dirty with no bins for lady products or nappy disposal.

A really cosy and dog friendly cafe but the prices are crazy expensive!
They are evening restaurant prices just for a sandwich.
Why not offer a nice homemade soup and a roll for a fiver.We had just a hot drink but then went to Greggs for a more reasonable and still tasty option. Wanted to patronise a local businese but can not afford this cafe!

This is a wonderful facility with a theatre and a waterfront cafe. Most of all, they had toilets, just when I needed them.

Once again we chose to avoid the big name high street coffee shops in favour of a local business. Initial thoughts were its in a great location next to the canal basin, and has friendly staff. Sadly however the coffee was weak and very bitter and the muffin was the oddest combination of dry and very oily. Also easily as expensive (if not more so than the big chains) at just under £20 for 3 muffins, 2 coffees and a soft drink. I won't be returning.

Such a lovely theatre in the middle of the Brecon Beacons.
I met some lovely staff who were really friendly and helpful.
Great food in the cafe too.

My husband and I haven't been here in a long time, what a beautiful friendly place. We sat outside in the beautiful sunshine enjoying our club sandwiches. it was extremely busy, long queues to get Service. The staff are very friendly and helpful but clearly short staffed. Plenty of seating upstairs, inside and out. We will defiantly be back with the whole family.

The cafe has some nice outside seating overlooking the canal. The food is okay though nothing special. We arrived at 11:40 and were told that lunch would not be served until noon.

We always find about 8 rows up from the front is comfortable, not to close or to far. Even the side not to bad. The theater quite small so most areas pretty good. OBVIOUSLY end seats better as easier to get out during the interval.

The last week in April sees a production by Ballet Theatre UK, Aladdin.(29th)
A Nordic Folk/ American Blue Grass band called Frigg.(30th)
And, I hasten to add I am not taking the michael here, a German Comedian called Henig Wehn. (25th)

I suggest ring the theatre, they are very helpful.
Appears month not fully booked for many productions. Otherwise give then a ring. Othello Aug 26th.
