Another amazing visit this week, my twin grand daughters had been asking for a return session since last school holiday, they had so much fun, staff helpful and polite, cafe spotless as were the locker rooms to mention specifically.
Wouldn’t hesitate to go again.
James, at the front desk was very helpful answering all my grandma questions politely and efficiently.

I love the play area as a whole, don't use the trampoline part but I bring young children to the fun place. Unfortunately my visits are constantly ruined as much as I would love to sit and play with my children, keep my eye on them Unfortunately there is a gate where you enter the play area that is constantly being left open, I literally get up about 15 times within a 10 minute window to shut the gate. Once a child gets through that gate and if they were to go round the main entrance, the sliding doors would open straight away, and they're onto an open carpark. Kids are fast, and an open entrance to a child is an exciting place to go. Unfortunately, it is a safeguarding issue that I and others have previously raised to no solution. It's so unsafe, and if a child gets out onto the carpark, I wouldn't like to see the consequences of that. It's all well and good to say your children are your responsibility, but a large spring on the gate would fix the issue immediately and save any unwanted serious accident that is definitely waiting to happen.

Jump Extreme has got some serious space for you to bounce around and have a blast. You'll feel like you're flying through the air with all the cool trampolines they have. It's pure excitement! But that's not all! They've also got a fantastic cafe where you can take a break and grab a snack. It's the perfect spot to refuel and recharge before jumping back into the action. Yum! And the best part? The prices are totally reasonable, so you can have an amazing time without breaking the bank. It's a win-win situation. Great age range too, age 4-16. Overall, Jump Extreme is a trampoline park that's all about fun, space, a great cafe, and affordable prices. It's definitely worth a visit if you're looking for an awesome time!

Took the grandkids, they loved every minute, managed to lose their socks in burger king afterwards though! we will be returning in the new year!!

Place was clean and the kids did enjoy themselves however being charged to sit in the downstairs cafe even though the kids are booked to go into that fun place is just greed from the manager, also the fact there is minimal space in the upstairs cafe to actually keep your eye on your children puts me off taking the kids there again.

Went to baby play with my friend and children. Connor was working serving drinks tidying up - he was so pleasant and chatty and it’s nice to see somebody happy and making conversation with the customers . He came across caring and really friendly . More so that I noticed and thought he descents a nice review as it’s not often you see that .

We held a party here today for our sons 5th Birthday with his friends. It was so well organised with the party hosts Jake & Cain who were great with the kids. It was a great mix of jumping on the trampolines then onto the soft play area & finally into the party room for food. Great way for the parents to relax for a couple of hours too! Lastly Chris and the team were so accommodating when a few of our guests were running late they pushed our start time back so that nobody would miss out. Would definitely recommend to anyone to hold a party there.

Visited today 01-08-22023, staff are really nice and very helpful, the equipment is very good too, I booked an hour on the trampolines with my daughter we could only do 40 minutes due to the heat.
They have got air conditioning but it feels like its not turned on, so your jumping around and within minutes your are sweating and very unconfortable, all the kids in there were sweating and a lot were leaving like us before their time was up.
This is the second time we have had to leave early because of the heat, I would not recommend visiting here.

We returned for the first time in ages and had such a lovely time. My little boy wasn’t watching where he was going and slipped over hurting his foot and the girls that work at the venue offered him an ice pack straight away and were very kind! He also had a hole in his grip socks so they gave him a new pair for free. Lovely and clean kid’s entertainment place and other visitors very friendly

Had my daughters 6th birthday here today…was so well organised and can’t recommend enough. The party hosts Elliot and Tonisha were really helpful and clearly enjoyed their job.

no we didnt but children have to be 7 or over for the jumping part otherwise they have to have an adult with them then the adult would pay who is with them
