We had the BEST experience with First Tracks! Having their help on your next ski trip to Courchevel is a no brainer. Our family spent our February break skiing with Ashely. As it was our first time to Courchevel, having his help to guide us was essential. Before our arrival, Ashley took the time learn about us as a family so he could structure our time with him thoughtfully. Additionally, he was also very patient pre arrival answering all of my logistical questions (ie. where to rent equipment, lunch suggestions, etc). And once there, having him meet us at the hotel in the morning and guide us to the most incredible spots in The Three Valleys took all the frustration out of experience and allowed our family to enjoy the experience. He was also very attentive to what our family needs were -- i.e. stop for a hot chocolate break, incorportat things to keep our kids having fun, and all the while taught us so much about the area, and gave helpful tips on how to improve our skiing! It was such a special unforgettable experience for our family thanks to Ashley and the First Tracks team!!!!

I would like to say that the trip on First Coach disappointed me on my journey back from Singapore recently. We have travelled on this coach many times, preferring this company for its punctuality, safety and pleasant staff. However on Monday 18th september 2023 we were totally surprised that after clearing customs there was no toilet break until we arrived at 1 Utama. It was a rainy day and most passengers would have been waiting for that break. Please insist that all coaches make at least 1 stop for the convenience of passengers on board.

Our 3 families spent a week skiing with Elena. She kept everyone in the group happy (1st grade little sister, crazy older brothers, Moms and Dads). She guided us to appropriate terrain, showed us beautiful views and provided some great instruction along the way. Rebecca, the booking contact, was prompt and very helpful. I would absolutely ski with First Tracks when we come back to Les 3 Vallees.

It was our 1st visit to Courchevel 1850 and thankfully we met “Martina” of the Fast Track team at our hotel ski room. She was very nice and offered to show us all of the 3 Valleys for a day tour.
With our first day behind us, we knew how complex the 3 Valleys are, and we accepted the invite. The next day we enjoyed one of our best ski days ever. I’m skiing for 50 years and this is a great compliment to Fast Track and Martina.
Martina was so nice with our daughters and we all shared an amazing day exploring the 3 Valleys including a great lunch in Meribel at Maya Altitude. Great flavors, great conversations, and great views.

This place now operates as skiset. The man and woman working here spoke good english and were flexible when we accidentally damaged one of the skis. Would highly recommend.

I think I am the happiest person in this world. Thanks to Ashley's incredible knowledge of the Mojo System, his instructions and adaptations, his availability and the fine tuning, I can ski again without pain. This is a wonderful feeling. I am so grateful. Thank you one more time. Hope to see you again next year.

After a first experience last year that exceeded all expectations, I had promised myself I would be back... and again was « WOW’d » by our ski instructor Jeremy. Booking wizard Rebecca was as always super efficient, and the week with Jeremy was simply brilliant. This time around, I was skiing with a friend of mine who had not skied for over 15 years - but quickly got her confidence back thanks to Jeremy’s encouragement and tips.
I can’t wait to be back! See you in six weeks time again!

Nous tenions à vous remercier (surtout Fabrizio en fait !) pour la prise en charge de grande qualité de nos 2 enfants. Notre garçon de 7 ans, grand angoissé qui avait du mal depuis sa fracture au ski il y a 2 ans était à l'aise et a réclamé pour continuer les cours avec Fabrizio...
C'est un vrai bonheur pour nous que de les avoir rendus confiants ainsi.
Bonne saison et bonne continuation à vous, A + L + T + L...

I just want to say a huge thank you for helping me to gain confidence on the slopes. This is the third time I have had lessons with First Tracks. I feel that I am really improving (a long way to go, starting to ski in my fifties!)
My lovely instructor Emanuele was so encouraging, supportive and attentive (as he was last season too) I have returned home feeling very excited and positive about my next ski adventure...

This was the second time we used this ski school. The first year we had Jeremy, we were a group of three, a 9 year old, and two adult beginners.
Jeremy taught us all in really well, managed our different abilities and confidence level brilliantly, and made it really fun for my 9 year old.
With his help and knowledge morning we were then able to go and make the most of our afternoons.
The lessons were so brilliant we didn’t hesitate to use the same school this year. Our group was just the two of us this time, as the third person didn’t travel with us this year, this time we had Alan.
Again Alan managed our differing confidence levels brilliantly. He made it fun for myself and my daughter, we booked an extra hour this time and it really paid off. With Alan’s local knowledge whatever the conditions each morning we were really able to cover longs runs and explore so much more of the resort.
There wasn’t a second wasted when we weren’t skiing Alan was explaining technique in different ways, then recommend places to ski in the afternoon and places to eat.
My daughter smiled the whole lesson and Alan’s teaching really reinforced her love for skiing.
I was injured on my last lesson (through a pre existing condition and another skier). Alan got us safely down took me to the medical centre, made sure I was ok and then finished the last part of the lesson with my daughter, which she loved.
They are a brilliant company, and Rebecca who deals with the booking was incredibly helpful when determining what would work for our group dynamic.
Not only would I recommend this company , when next in the three valleys I will be using them again for myself and my younger child.
