I would not take a child younger than 10 or 12 due to the open steep stairs you have to climb while wearing your harness straps around your legs, and one hand is full with your brake for zip line.

We did not see snakes, but the jungle is very dense, so unless a huge one crossed our path, we would not have seen it. We DID however see a tarantula the size of a salad plate. I wish I could post the pic, he was huge.

I don't remember specifically but every zip line has a weight limit. Not sure what it is though.

Hi, they do have lockers there. I would NOT rely on the transportation that comes with these packages! They are basically taxis or buses that may or may not have MANY other stops to make before yours. It's best to take a taxi there if you need to be at the airport at a certain time. By the way I used Uber in Cancun, but it's not always available. You can take a taxi there and back on your own and pay entrance over there. But make sure you get a phone number to a taxi service before, since this place is in the middle of nowhere. The ride from Cancun hotel zone to this place is about 45 min, and the time at the place depends on what you do, but the zip lining, cenotes, and ATV takes about 3 hours.

I don't know about packages but I would recommend one that includes all 3 things. ATVs, zip lines, and cenote swimming. --- To be honest the price online seems high. I would purchase the tour from a local salesman because you can get 3 different expeditions/activities bundled for a better deal. I found you can purchase 2 adults, 3 different expeditions for about $320 if you haggle a bit. (Online you are paying $94 per adult for one expedition.) I hope this all makes sense.

Dave, we did not do the zip line.We also used the resort credits but they did not offer them together.I am sure you can book them together as a package as every resort is probably a little different. As far as dong them more than once I doubt it but maybe if your group is small and no one else is waiting they might let you.The total trip was probably about two hours and that included drive time there and back.I think the atv ride lasted approx 45 minutes to an hour.
