This nice museum near Dolmabahçe Palace hosts turkish painter's artworks mostly from 19th century- portraits, landscapes, battle sceneries etc. It is nice and well organized, you can admire Osman Hamdi Bey paintings and in small rooms are displayed pencils, brushes, easels. You can also see portraits of the sultans from Ottoman Empire starting from Osman, Orhan till Abdülmecid, Abdul Aziz, Enver Pasa and Atatünk. Combined ticket with Dolmabahçe is 1050 TL, just the Resim Müzesi is 300 TL

The National Palaces Paintings Museum displays paintings from Turkish artists and European artists in favour of the sultan during the Ottoman Era. It also contains portraits of the Ottoman sultan, paintings by the last Calif before Turkey became a republic and paintings by military men. In Turkey officers learnt painting as part of their training. Most of these paintings are quite realistic as many used photographs as their source. I didn't think most of the paintings were that spectacular. They emphasised realism above passion except for a few from imported artists. There were a few interesting ones documenting battles such as the first Ottoman conquest of Constantinople.
This museum is in the Dolmabahçe Palace's Crown Princes Apartment and the ceilings of this building are like those in the main sections but difficult to see because of the lighting. We entered this museum from the Dolmabahçe Palace grounds and our entry fee there covered the palace, the harem and this art museum. The Clock Museum and Crystal Museum, also on site, weren't open. There appears to be a separate street entrance to the Painting Museum and they have audio guides so it may be possible to start here and just do this museum. No photos allowed and you are expected to wear plastic overshoes.

This museum is truly worth a visit. I didn't know Turkish artists but we were fascinated. Many paintings are by Italian and some Russian artists. The museum is large and arranged on several floors, on the ground floor there is also a beautiful tea room. Entrance is around €10 per person.

I arrived at the place with the tour bus tour, I went down out of curiosity and in the end I fell in love with the place. To enter Milli Saraylar Baskanligi, people first go through security control, where we are all scanned like at airports, after purchasing the ticket, which is very affordable. The internal area is very beautiful, wooded, very clean and overlooks the bridge. The bus would stop by that point again after 1 hour, and it went very quickly, I was able to visit all the facilities and shop for souvenirs. It was worth knowing!

The Museum of Palace Painting of the 19th century, with an excellent collection of paintings by Aivazovsky, is part of the Domlabahce museum complex. You can take a comprehensive ticket for all museums for 650 liras, or a ticket only to the art museum for 200 liras, entering from a separate entrance.

Dolmabahçe Sarayı’nda tahta çıkmaya aday olan veliahtların konakladığı, Boğaz’a nazır Veliaht Dairesindeki müze. Osmanlı ve Cumhuriyet döneminin ünlü ressamlarının tablolarının sergilendiği çağdaş müzecilik standartlarında, oldukça büyük bir alanda yer alan resim müzesi.
