We just returned from our first trip to Panama and first trip planned by Costa Adventures. Pierre gave us just what we wanted-a lovely taste of different areas of Panama. We went to 3 locations-city, mountains and beach and loved them all. Pierre really listened to what we enjoy and created a trip that reflected that. We were blown away by the personal tour we did of the Panama Canal with an employee of the Panama Canal Authority. It was an incredible experience to be so close to the canal and have all of our questions answered by someone that pilots yachts through the canal. We loved all of our accommodations-American Trade Hotel in Panama City, Mt. Totumas outside Vulcan and Isla Palenque. When one of our drivers was not at the airport to pick us up (our flight came in early) my text to Pierre was responded to immediately and the driver arrived shortly. The guides and drivers were all very knowledgeable, kind and professional. I highly recommend Costa Adventures and look forward to using them again myself!

Pierre Gerden made us feel at home during our four nights/ five days stay in Panama City. The itinerary and the accommodation put together by him was perfect for our likings. He made it even better by assigning the same tour guide (Ari) for all our excursions which made it a very memorable trip. Ari possesses wealth of knowledge about the country as well as in general. Pierre accommodated all our change requests even some on short notice. We really enjoyed our stay at American Trade Hotel well situated in old town. It gave is great flexibility to walk around and explore local businesses and culture on our own during off hours. All excursions went on time and without any issues. They exceeded our expectations. Old town tour, sloth sanctuary, monkey island, old locks at Panama canal, San Blas island, etc were on our agenda. We highly recommend Pierre to those considering to visit this beautiful country. Our original plan was to visit Costa Ric only but we decided to add Panama visit as afterthought. And we are glad we did and Pierre and his team made it memorable one! Thank you Pierre, Costa Adventures and Wendy Perrin.

We had a wonderful experience with Costa Adventures. From begining to end the experience with all staff members was flawless, easy and clear. All of the activities were perfect and everything went as planned. We would recommend Costa Adventures to anyone traveling to Costa Rica!

We used Costa Adventures to book our vacation to Costa Rica. This was our first time. They took care of all arrangements giving us lots of options to choose from. The vacation went exactly as planned with all arrangements. We didn't even need to call them for help during the trip at all. I highly recommend them especially if this is your first visit to Costa Rica.

Pierre and his associates at Costa Adventures provided an enjoyable, well paced and seamlessly executed itinerary for our family, taking into account the wants and desires of both y husband and myself, as well as those of our young adult children. W appreciated the chance to have zoom calls to design and coordinate, and found Pierre very flexible and easy to work with. We began our trip planning weather late for the peak season, but Pierre was somehow able to secure excellent hotels for the dates we requested. Along the way I made several activity changes and asked for a night at an additional resort, and he graciously accommodated us. From beginning to en all the various private land transfers arrived on time, and were comfortable and enjoyable; with drivers that were friendly, competent and attentive to our needs.
Our stays at the Royal Corin, Gaia and Tulemar were all fabulous. Each property was relaxed, but luxurious. All had delicious food and top-notch staff. We enjoyed all our activities, but coming back to such comfortable accommodations each day was a real treat! In the Arenal area, we were lucky enough to view the magnificent volcano (between rain showers), and do two great hikes. The zip lining was a bit of a stretch for Ma and Pa - but definitely memorable! In Manual Antonio the encounters with the diversity of flora and fauna were incredible, and of course the beaches were fantastic. A perfect mix of activity and R+R.
I would whole heartedly recommend Costa Adventures to anyone traveling to the land of Pura Vida

This travel agency is top notch and i highly recommend them. All details were taken care of and hotels were spectatcular (Tobacon & Tulemar). Excursions were also excellent and the guides were very knowledgeable. I would definitely go back!

I am so happy this trip was planned almost one year in advance. Many travelers think it is easy to plan a trip to Costa Rica (or Panama, which we cover too) planning just a couple months ahead... Our country is small (size of West Virginia), with mostly small and medium size lodges, and very sought after, so it is best to plan 6+ to 12 months in advance to guarantee having at least a few options for the best lodging in the destinations and category you are looking for!

Pierre and his team did a phenomenal job planning my family's Costa Rica adventure. Everything went seamlessly.
My nine year old asked who planned the trip because it was super fun, adventurous and memorable. Those are the sentiments from our whole crew.

We described our needs to Pierre as laid back with not too many activities. He delivered what we asked for. It is obvious that he knew the area and the attractions. We mixed in a few trips as well. I supposed our favorite excursion was the hanging bridges tour. A nice paced walk through a park and a very good guide. The guide was knowledgeable and made every effort to make sure we had a great experience.

Every detail was handled - from the airport pickup to the time and itinerary of each stop. The hotels chosen were exactly as we requested - the final hotel, the Parador Resort & Spa was clearly 5 star. Every detail of our trip was handled without stress and while one of our party had mobility issues, yours were planned so that was never a problem with either transportation or sightseeing

Costa Adventures did an excellent job arranging our private tour in Panama. In all, we had very knowledgeable guides that spoke very good English. Our drivers were on time and careful. Our accommodations were nice and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful. We had no problem making flight connections in Panama.
