Our driver was on time going & coming, the van was clean & spacious for my family & our luggage, the price was reasonable for a trip to the airport. Will definitely use again!!

Red Line Shuttle is awesome! We have used them for 4 round trips in the last 18 months - twice to the LA Cruise Terminal and twice to LAX. We live up in Ventura County and I was reluctant to use a service that is based in Long Beach. But they have been great - every time they have been exactly on time and the drivers courteous and safe.
I would especially like to acknowledge Jose. We have been fortunate enough to have him drive us on 2 trips. Great service - he even managed to pick us up within 5 minutes at the crazy Tom Bradley International Terminal.
I highly recommend Red Line.

Fantastic service. We used them twice so far and loved them. Both times from home to LAX and back. Very courteous driver and nice vans.

I have been a frequent customer of Red Line Shuttle over the years and they have always been prompt, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this company!

This was our 3rd time using this shuttle company and so far we are very happy with them. They are prompt and courteous, even text you about 12 hours prior to let you know their name and contact information.
This trip from Mission Viejo to LAX, I wanted to give a "shout out" to Jose. He came up our stairs and started taking our bags down while we were making sure we had everything.
So much more reliable than other shuttle companies. We have had other companies (Prime Time) tell us at last minute they didn't have a driver to pick us up. Then proceed to charge our credit card. Talk about having to scramble. Not a good way to start a vacation to say the least. Haven't used them since!
Anyway Red Line is going to be our go to shuttle company from here forward! Try them, you will see!

Would highly recommend. Miloten found me at LAX pick up despite it being unbelievably busy.
It was a smooth transfer and I felt safe.
The return trip was equally as good, the trainee driver and his supervisor turned up exactly on time and again, it was a smooth and comfortable trip.
Would definitely use them for my next trio to Disneyland and would recommend this shuttle service highly.

We used Red line for a party of 6 and about 14 checked in luggage bags. Very impressed with service. Driver kept updating his delayed arrival due to L.A traffic via text messages. The previous night I got a SMS with driver details. Ride was smooth from home to LAX with expected heavy L.A traffic on 405. Driver was courteous and respectful and extremely nice. With our travel size, we got a van which was clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with how professional the staff is. We’ve had a good experience with every driver assigned to us, but Elizabeth is amazing. She is so patient and an excellent driver.
We will definitely keep recommending Red Line to friends/family.
