A wine-tasting with Lukas was a highlight of our short trip to the area. We were fortunate enough to be able to spend a longer time with him. Listening to the history of this vineyard and these wines was a great experience. Winemaker Lukas had a wonderful sense of humor about things and so interesting to hear the stories. But oh the wine! There's just something about this smaller charming magical place. What delicious surprises and we can't thank him enough.

We love Bella Luna! They not only make the most wonderful wines, but strive to establish personal relationships with their regular patrons & members. The grounds are lovely and the large patio used for events is beautiful and comfortable. We spent a long time trying the then very few Sangioveses in the Central Coast area and then discovered Bella Luna - our search ended right there. Happily, their other varietals are just as magnificent!
We also appreciate their ongoing commitment to dry farming and to the support of families of fighter pilots in need.

Had a lovely experience yesterday at Bella Luna. The winemaker was a fountain of knowledge and very personable. The wines were delicious, especially the Barbera. I brought a few bottles home. This lovely tasting room should definitely be a stop on your wine tasting route.

This is our groups number one Winery to visit. Nicole and her husband make this fun and educational. They have some of the top wines available. It is a sit-down with family. I could not ask for a better tasting. Their wines include Fighter Pilot Red, Rotor Head Red, and Estate Riserva to name a few. We love this winery.

I highly recommend Bella Luna! The tasting was wonderful and all of the employees were clearly extremely dedicated and enthusiastic about their wines and work. Chris did our tasting and even showed us around the winery as well as the inner workings of the winery. The wines were wonderful and the property is gorgeous. You should definitely pay them a visit! You'll be happy you did.

A fantastic find. We came to Bella Luna a couple of years ago and brought a group of 11 back with us because we loved it. We ended up getting 3 wine club memberships. Their wine Fighter Pilot Red and Rotor Head Red are great wines. This place is so much fun to do a tasting. It is a family owned Winery that the family takes care of it all. Nicholas ran out tasting and did an expert job. You cannot miss visiting this winery and we will be back.

My friend is from Missouri and I am from Texas and we decided to take a road trip to California and this was a nice place to visit off the beaten path. We enjoyed our time with Mr. Jim as we got to sit and drink wine and talk with him and learn about the winery and his family. It was a chill time and very laid back and relaxing. If you're looking to have a relaxing time, this is the place! I've been on tours where people are herded around, this is not the place. I really enjoyed this winery. It was worth the money and time for us.
