Great time. Staff was helpful. We went to celebrate a 14 y/o birthday. Took the whe hour but we were successful.

First time there with 6 mature women friends. Omg it was so much fun! Clever, fast paced, creative entertainment. The hour alloted flew by!

I have played many escape rooms, I try to find an escape room every place I go. This is the best escape room I have ever played and its right in my backyard. Definitely will be back. Thanks for the great time!

This was a great team building experience. You had to work as a team to make it out. It’s great to see how minds work. Who figured out some things that other people didn’t. Great for a team or family or couples.

Great theme with great puzzles. Did such a great job with the look of the room. What a blast! Staff was helpful and courteous too.

This was our third outing to an escape room. While we enjoyed the experience, it was not as good as the place we went to last time. The advertising doesn't mention it, but this escape room is located inside Zap Zone on Ford Rd.
The audio coming from the speaker in the room was very difficult to decipher. On more than one occasion, we solved a puzzle but there were no visible or audible indicators of this in the room. Instead, a staff member monitoring the room had to tell us on the speaker that another drawer had just unlocked. Also, the second firing of the cannon didn't work properly. It fired on its own about 15 minutes after we followed the correct steps. I asked the staff member about this afterward and his explanation was that the room wasn't ready for us to fire it again, so the reaction was delayed by 15ish minutes.
Overall, the experience was enjoyable but I don't think we will return.

I’ve visited several escape rooms and this one was one of the most unique and best experiences I ever had! Our guide was friendly, the effects and holograms were so entertaining , and very clever yet challenging puzzles. We even fired off a cannon! Took my wife on our anniversary and had a blast!

We have done one other escape room, and this one totally put that a shame. We can’t wait to check out the one in Novi. Thanks for a great time!
