Expect a small town production concerned more about not being racial than using the best talent and following historical accuracy. The major matches by Dolly were black men with white women. It was a reach and did not work.

ITs a good venue, but the temperature was ridiculously cold. People who had been to events there before were walking in with blankets and coats in mid June. I had to leave early as I had not been warned of the sub 65 degree temperature. This is nice for a few minutes but for a 2 hour it became unbearable. We went outside to warm up in the 62 degree night air.

This is a gem of the Canton community. The theater is clean, well run, with a friendly staff. The concession stand prices are very affordable. Parking can be difficult at times. Handicap accessible and they even have head phones for those with sensory difficulties. If you get a chance to attend an event at this venue please do.

I went to the Village Theater in Canton just last night for a community event. The team at the theater was professional, helpful, engaged and responsive. It was a pleasure to work with the great staff and wonderful volunteers. The parking was ample. All the signage was readable, easy to understand and to follow.
The theater itself and grounds are all kept up well. The seating is spacious and the individual seats are comfortable. We were fortunate to have the function catered and were very happy with the accommodations provided by the theater to the company bringing in the food and drink.
The lighting and technical staff are all first rate. We had a changeup at the last minute and their professionalism walked us right through it. I will be looking forward to attending other events at this venue. I recommend it highly.

The annual PCEP Arts Academy concert is absolutely amazing. The level of talent could bring tears to your eyes if you allow yourself to be immersed in the music and appreciate just how young these adults are. Their appreciation for making and sharing their music is an indication of how extraordinary the next generation is.
The venue is worthy of such an event. The Cherry Hill Village is a gem in the community and could be a true destination place if more high caliber shows could be booked. The acoustics and intimate size rival any venue around and surpasses, due to its close by parking, excellent seating and dedicated volunteer usher staff.

Love this small and intimate venue. You feel like you are part of the performance. The stage staff does an amazing job. The front of the house staff is inviting and responsive.
