We visited Sky Zone for the first time this past weekend. We weren't sure what to expect as we have never been to any trampoline park. Sky Zone was disappointing all around. First, we waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told to go back to the entrance and fill out waivers on their computers. The family next to us was allowed to purchase their tickets and then fill out the waivers. Second, if you want to be able to use the entire facility, then you must purchase the most expensive "Elite" package. You must also purchase "special" socks at $3 each. If you want to lock up your valuables while jumping, be prepared to dish out more money. It's $2 for two hours or $5 for unlimited time with their lockers that are fairly small and will not hold an entire family's belongings. Third, there weren't many employees on the floor area helping to keep the jumpers safe or the facility clean. No one was helping on the zip line, swing or swing bar. There was a make-shift rod to retrieve these items. This rod was a paint roller with an extension rod all taped together with black electrical tape. In this same "Elite" area, the fencing that is meant to keep jumpers safe from falling off was all warped and bent. Additionally, the zip line meant for smaller jumpers was broken and out of order. Fourth, the facility was fairly dirty, Nothing felt or looked clean. The couches looked tired. The socks were black on the bottom when we left. All in all, my kids had fun jumping. I won't bring them back again because it's expensive, dirty and broken.

My daughter and her friends love hangin out, especially playing dodge ball! I decided to do the monthly membership fee. Well worth it!

Great way for kids to burn some energy! This appeals to all the American Ninja fans, gymnasts, and anyone that loves to run & jump. Scaling the curved wall was a highlight (3 different heights). Wipe-Out was another thrill!

Last night during the glow time (1/11/19) my friend and I went to the wipe out area which had no workers there, which we later found out was because there was an issue with the lights which is why it wasn’t working. However, when we saw two sky zone workers walk by, we asked one of them if they could help us (one white girl and one black light skin girl with long curly hair) and the one with the curly hair literally paused, looked at my friend, gave her a mean face basically looking like ‘why are you speaking to me’ and kept walking. It wasn’t until the friend laughed and told her to speak until she gave us an answer, with an attitude “I’ll get someone to do it”. Very very very unhappy with that, super unprofessional. If you don’t wanna do your job why are you even working there?!?

Reserved tickets online and filled out waivers but when arrived still had to wait in regular line-fast pass online line not available. Concessions had no soda and no one was working behind the counter for a while. The bathrooms were very dirty. It seemed like a bunch of teenagers were running the place and didn’t care about much.

My son loves the place.. just that there are some kids there without adults. And they tend to try to rough up the smaller kids in Dodge ball if the parents aren't paying attention

I am very disappointed with Sky Zone Canton. Things were awful, and here is what was wrong: the team members all had their phones out and visible, the manager on duty was playing in the dodgeball court, they let a gust go under the court to grab a dodgeball, no one was watching the second dodgeball court when there was kids playing in there, the foam pit was very empty so it was hard to get out, there was a hole in the floor by basketball covered with duck tape, no one was in the cafe area or at the front counter at all during my jump time, they don’t have the construction blocked off safely, a toddler could easily run into the construction area and be easily hurt due to open springs and just caution tape blocking it off, you can never tell who is in charge bc they all wear the same thing and don’t have a name tag on, the team members don’t pay attention to their usual customers when they cheat at a dodgeball, the park was freezing, there should be more than 1 court monitor for foam and basketball, and there should be a court monitor watching the second dodgeball court, my son was playing in the second dodgeball court and not a single team member came over to check on them because they were too worried about the dodgeball for 16 and up. The major thing that upset me was the cell phones. How can someone watch my children to make sure they don’t get hurt if they are on their phones or looking at their watches, phones definitely should be banned!!! I could go on and on, but this place needs to be shut down until they can watch their guests properly and have all of their renovations done. The park is very unsafe and someone could easily get hurt. If this wasn’t the only place around that my kids enjoy, I would never come back. Really disappointed in Sky Zone Canton. Also the sign by the road is NOT visible at all. Sometimes I forget where to turn and there isn’t a visible road sign to help me navigate where to go. Definitely should upgrade that sign to be bigger and more visible.
