We visit Sandy's pretty regularly. As known, they have a good burger. I was happy when they recently expanded the cheese available to include Pepper Jack. The Roast Beef Dip with Au Jus is also good. Friday nights are always hopping for the Fish n Chips and Shrimp specials. So much so that you have to go early before it sells out. Shrimp tends to sell out early in the evening. I find all of the waitstaff to be helpful, charming and efficient. I wish they have some sort of dessert offering.

Stopped by later in the evening to grab a burger. (Good Burger) The place was not busy at all, The focus seemed to be on a handful of regulars and the staff having a good time. I got my food and my drink, and did not have any waitstaff stop by my table until they brought my bill. Then I was asked if I "Needed" anything else. I am not a regular there, and have maybe been in there 5 times in the 35 years that I have lived in the neighborhood. This is why I am not a regular

The SANDYS Delight is a 1/3 of burger that is plenty of burger for me. They also have good chili . On Sunday they have $1 cony dogs . Friday night fish fry is great however there is usually a short wait between 5-6:30

Sandy's always has the best burgers around these parts. The fries are good, too. But I was in for the nicest surprise when I went there on Friday for their fish. I ordered mine well done, and it came out almost perfect! Nice batter, not mushy like some places, and the fish was solid as well. I hate mushy fish, so getting some that was done just right was really a nice touch. Daily specials are a great value if you are looking for a spot for the family dinner. Great beer prices, a very nice staff, always there to greet you like you're family! The only bad thing is they only take cash, but there is an ATM on site, so that isn;t too big a strain for what you are getting. We make it a plan to get nhere a few times a month. You will not be disappointed.

We expected a BIG crowd on a Friday, and since it is Lent. The line waiting to get seated was out the door and into the parking lot. We had a Ruben, Mushroom Swiss burger and the Clam Digger. Food was excellent, service was terrific.

I've been going to Sandy's for 20 years. Great service, awesome bar food, and a nice atmosphere. I nice gem in Redford!!

Great burgers and tasty fish and chips. Friday and Saturday nights are busy, get there early if you want to walk in and sit down.

This is a home town favorite for me. My favorite burgers anywhere. I'm from Redford, and Sandy's is the best. And Sandy herself is just great.
