Nice and friendly place for movies and entertainment. Recommended for some hours of relax, to enjoy your kind of movie you like most.

Went to the Rochester Hills Emagine for the first time and was SHOCKED at the condition of the seats (theatre #2) !!!
I had bought 4 seats online and when we got there, one of our seats was totaled torn up & had a black cover over it.
Looking around many other seats were in very poor condition, especially the head rests.
The staff was good about helping us however, there was only 1 seat left in the entire theatre so one of us had to sit off by ourselves (so much for a group movie night)...
I've purchased hundreds of dollars worth of gift cards in the past as Gifts, so I'm more invested that just one night out however, I will most likely never return to Emagine!
Disappointed...

Went to see an IMAX screening of Malificent here. Very clean, friendly staff, great snacks (cheese corn!) but the movie volume was so extremely LOUD. We asked twice during the movie to turn it down a notch, but we didn’t notice any change. I ended up wearing ear plugs through the entirety of the film, and it was still loud. They were apologetic about it and offered us a free show but explained that EMAX (their version of IMAX) is supposed to be extremely loud, and that they don’t even put the volume up as much as suggested. Just a head’s up if you’re going to see an EMAX film there...be prepared for a blast of volume.

This theatre is Consistently clean. The seats are comfortable and good size. They even offer loveseats if that rings your bell. A full range of concessions with typically high in-theater prices. They have all the newest releases and frequent special events, such as sensory sensitive shows for patrons on the autistic spectrum. Our favorite theater chain in SE MIchigan.

Nice venue to see new releases - easy in and out. Best chairs for movies, also handicap friendly (have had a kid on crutches)

Can’t go wrong with this theatre...from comfortable, lazy-boy-style chairs (there’s even 2-person sofas in some theatres) to great food. You get to pick the seat you want. Be advised-this is not an excuse to be late. There’s not only a spacious lobby with arcade games and a self-playing piano but also small sofa and chair areas off both ends. Tuesday is $5 movie day, any movie all day, and if you’re a member of their club you also get a free popcorn (extra dollar for upgrade to cheese or caramel popcorn 🍿) on Tuesday’s, can’t beat that! The staff is friendly and they keep the place very clean.

Great seats, great staff and good location. I wish it offered couples seating (love seats) further back in the theatre. If you choose couples seating you are front row.

This Emagine Theater was completely renovated a few years ago. I believe there are 8-10 theater rooms. It has a large lobby area with food, soft drinks, and adult beverages. Clean and usually not too busy.

This used to be an AMC theater, and not that great. Since it became Emagine, it’s an awesome place to see a movie. Every seat is great, the atmosphere is wonderful, and we love to go.

Plenty of room with power recliners. And a bar - popcorn goes well with beer. Priced a bit higher than other theaters.
