Riviera golf cart rentals made it seamless to rent, had the carts delivered to our casa on time (early), and were available when we need minor repairs (flat tire). They are responsive, flexible, and kind. They also know the roads and hills in Sayulita, so listen to their advice on how to operate the carts. Thank you for helping us enjoy a memorable week! There are a ton of golf cart options in Sayulita, but Riviera is the best. They offer a really reasonable rate if you are renting for 2+ days and the service is crazy good.
My family rented a golf cart at their location on the north side of town, but our airbnb was located off Saturno (gringo hill) which is a super steep hill on the south side of town. My husband was struggling to get up the hill so he had my daughter jump off the back and push the cart up. Apparently someone from Rivieras saw this happen from their other location (not sure where that is, but must be close to gringo hill) and they showed up within minutes to our airbnb with a better golf cart!! We didn’t ask, we didn’t complain, we didn’t even know anyone saw us. The fact that they went and got a higher powered golf cart with big tires and delivered it to us without us even asking is phenomenal service. Better than anything I’ve experienced in the USA.
They also picked up the golf cart from our house so we didn’t have to shlep our suitcases around town. We will absolutely use riviera when we come back. Thank you!!!

Consummate, friendly professionals at every step. Densy not only very responsive via email but also stayed in touch with us to ensure carts were dropped off inline with our travel plans, landing times at airport, etc. We rented both a 4 seater and a 6 seater for our group. Both carts were in good shape, operated well the entire time, kept a good charge and routinely got us up a very steep driveway. Lastly, our deposit was returned exactly as outlined. I will recommend Riviera Golf Carts to anyone traveling to Sayulita and will look forward to using them again when we return. Thank you Densy!

Such a great experience renting from Riviera Golf Carts. Great service and very responsive. We stayed up a steep hill and the carts were able to make it up no problem. Could not recommend Riveria more!

This wasn’t my first time renting golf carts in Sayulita and this was by far the best experience. Not only was it super professional but they even went out of the way to give me an extra day when my rental was up. Great guys and I’m looking forward to using them again

Awesome company. Fair pricing and fun golf carts! Very easy to communicate with.
They defiantly went above and beyond to help us with delivery, pick up, extending our rental and any other issues that came up. Keep in mind that Sayulita is rough on the carts and there can be small issues from time to time. They were always more than willing to help us at a moment's notice. My wife and I had such a good experience with them that we will be renting from them every time we are in Sayulita!
I highly recommend them to anyone renting in Sayulita. Pay the small extra and get the lifted carts!

We are becoming regular visitors to Sayulita and this is the 2nd time we have rented from Riviera this year. The price is right around the average in town, but the service is First Class (thanks Densy!) and their golf carts are in great condition & fun to drive around town. Unfortunately, we did have a mechanical issue with our first cart (if you own a golf cart like I do, you deal with that often), but Eduardo promptly sent someone to meet us and swapped carts. They even arranged our shuttle back to PV airport…they’re like a personal concierge service. We’ve rented from other places in town, but our go-to from now on is Riviera.

During our stay in Sayulita our party of 7 rented two 4-seater golf carts. The carts were delivered to our rental lodging EXACTLY on time in the morning and ready to roll. The carts were picked up on our departure date, exactly on time. Communication was excellent - both via timely email responses and phone (got a phone call from the folks delivering the carts telling me they were onsite). During the drop-off, the delivery folks gave a quick run through of cart operations as well as local laws related to driving and parking. Carts ran strong on the steep and bumpy Sayulita streets. Great value and service! For sure would rent again on our next trip :)

Had a great time renting Riviera Golf Carts-- Gerardo was very responsive to any issues we had and the carts were in great shape. Would highly recommend them, especially if you are staying a little further outside of the town center. This was a great way to get around and I would definitely use Riviera Golf Carts again!

I can't say enough AMAZING things about Riviera's Golf Cart customer service! Everyone on the staff is extremely kind, communicative & accommodating. Densy & Gerardo are the BEST. They delivered our golf cart right outside of our place & if the battery died in town (due to us driving it too long), they were on top of it immediately - helping us recharge & get it back to our place. They made our vacation SO smooth & if you are going to Sayulita the move is getting a golf cart to bop around town & get it from Riviera :) Thanks so much!!
