This review is for the laser show. WOW, it was fantastic. We went to see Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon. It was a great experience. It's affordable and the parking is free. I highly recommend it.

This is part of the Science Center which is free to enter. But be mindful there is a $15 parking fee on site. I explored the Science Center then walked over to the planetarium itself to watch a 45-minute show about the night sky. It was a really neat experience that I recommend to anyone. There were three shows offered after I arrived at 1:30 and may have been others prior to that. There are also some exhibits and a gift shop.

My daughter and I visited the planetarium and had a blast. We learned about the constellations that make up the 12 common horoscope signs. It was quite affordable and sooooo cool! We want to go again next time we go to St. Louis.

Beautiful building that is modern and clean. Free to public for basic entry. Programs and simulators cost. Attached to the science museum by an enclosed walking bridge over highway. Free parking on this side. Highly recommend the planetarium show (only $6 or included with some local hotel packages). We saw one about the sky at night. Comfy chairs or mats to lay on the floor.

On a recent Mom & Sister trip we were so excited to take our 89 yr old Mom to her first Planetarium experience. We had told her how cool it was to see the stars & planets. Well we were very disappointed. The chairs did not lean back far enough to see the sky clearly. There were a number of kids in the audience and it seemed like kid day. The show was geared more towards the kids and they were encouraged to yell out answers. That was fine because they were very smart, however several things were actually in sky behind us ie: bear. I actually fell asleep during the presentation from not being able to really see the whole sky. I have been to several planetariums so knew what to expect but didn't feel that was what we got. All in all my Mom was not impressed with the Planetarium. The rest of the Science Museum was quite good. This was my Mom, myself & 2 sisters so none of the visit choices are right.

The best part was a show. They aren't free and well worth the money. It was a neat place connected to science center.

Very little to see on the Planetarium side, but stay for the Live Sky Constellations show. Get there early and grab a mat, your neck will thank you. Very generous military discount, thank you for acknowledging our vets!

We have been in the Planetarium building only one time and saw the "constellation" showing. It is a live show with a narrator explaining constellations, planets, stars and space in general. My daughter and I laid on a mat and watched from the floor. She like the dark and red ambient lighting. It was new, we have never been to a planetarium before. I would go back to check out their other showings.

Our son was excited from the entrance outside with dinosaurs and a blue angels jet to the inside reading the facts about space and seeing so many interesting things. We spent about 1 hour here and only spent .51 cent on the penny maker machine! Free parking and free entry, it is connected to the Science center.
