What a great place for a Laser Tag party. Kim was very accommodating and friendly, she made us feel very welcome with a party of 20 very excited kids! Ashley ran the laser tag party for the children and fair play, he had his hands full but was very patient with them all and ensured they had a really good time. The youth centre was spotless and welcoming, it was the perfect place for our private party. I'd recommend a party here, think it was reasonably priced for sole use of the building. Must mention Alexandra as well, the party organiser for the centre. Great staff employed here, all very accommodating and with great communication skills. Thankyou all. x

We come here every week for a long time ago, due to my son’s music lesson. Despite to have had a good experience in other areas, we can’t say the same about the customer service at the cafe. Every time we ask for a drink, they can never attend us, always busy in the office or over the phone. We are trying to support and help, but they just seem bothered when we ask for something at the cafe, which usually is unattended. Terrible service

THis was a good place to have a meeting as the main hall is of good size with available tables and chairs as required. It's accessible with ramps and loos, though the accoustics are not so good so could be difficult for anyone with hearing impairment.

We held my son's birthday party here with nearly 40 children with parents and it worked brilliantly. It's a fantastic space with good facilities, friendly and helpful staff and access to great play equipment. We'd recommend it to anyone looking for a party venue.

We can not recommend Portishead Youth Centre enough. We held our daughter’s 5th birthday party here, hiring out the dance studio and nautical room. Both spaces were perfect - one for holding a disco with bouncy castle and the other for the party food tables and some crafts. Superb facilities, very clean and organised. Our daughter had ‘the best party ever’ (in her words).
The communication with the Youth Centre before, during and after the party was excellent. We can not fault any member of staff we dealt with and are hugely grateful for their time and effort. In addition, on losing a cup at the party from a party pack we had hired we were desperate to find it and a couple days after the party they found it for us and made contact. What a relief.

We organised our girls 4th party at Portishead Youth Club. Staff were on the whole very helpful. We paid for party food and it was excellent. More than enough and plenty of choice. The air con didn't work and it was very hot for small children. All in all great venue!

The ladies here are most friendly and welcoming. Both my grandchildren 2yrs and 4yrs love it here. A great selection of food is served in the centre and the coffee is delicious. A top vote from me and the children too.

Wonderful party venue, with everything we needed and helpful staff. We hired two rooms and has food provided by the youth centre - excellent quality and value for money. Our son had a lovely party.
