We enjoyed drinks and pizza at Phoenix recently. Friendly atmosphere and nice food. Good to see they now have a nice selection of draft beers.

Don't bother eating or getting a drink in the bar. EVERY time ( many different occasions, threw out years ) they have one specific person working. Either behind the bar or as the wait staff in the restaurant. ( she's been in the business for decades. And has NEVER been good at it)
She's slow, takes, delivers orders not as ordered or placed.
No matter the time of day, or day of the week.
Slow or busy. The women should NOT be in the hospitality industry.
We've gotten up and walked out, several times.
( just myself and one other person) Not a big group)

Went there for open bowling and had a nice time. It was nice that you didn't have to rent shoes, you were able to bowl with socks. It took a little getting used to but made it more interesting. You are able to request to have the bumpers up if needed. You also pay by the hour and not the games bowled which can make it cheaper.we didn't have any of the food available but it looked good.

We went here for a bowling tournament this past weekend. The bowling alleys were well maintained and had up to date scoring machines. The food was good and reasonably priced. Wide variety of beers and good drinks. There is a decent sized hall with a bar inside of it. We had a banquet after bowling. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food was wonderful. I hadn't expected it to taste more than just average banquet food. If this establishment was in the area I live in I would have my wedding reception here. Really, the food served was excellent. Richland Center is lucky to have The Phoenix Center!

I frequently go to this place for several different reasons. Each time, service us quick and friendly. I would recommend this place.

As a local we often ear here! The lunch specials are always good and the bar food is great, too! The pizza though is what brings us back again and again!

Nice open place, convenient location. Plenty of seating and children friendly. Wait staff was very friendly. Service was a Little slow but good food. I would definitely stop again when in the area. I ordered the grilled chicken and sweet potatoes fries.

The food is good if they get it to you correctly. We've had problems with them making our order wrong when ordering take out. The food when dining is is good, but the service for food and drinks takes an unreasonable amount of time. They also have DJs on the weekend.

Good facilities for parties and functions. Nice bowling lanes and friendly staff. Conveniently located right in Richland Center.

Lots of fun here! We ate the fish fry on a Friday night, and it was yummy! We also had drinks at the bar and went bowling. The staff was very friendly.
