Easily rate this the 5 star theater in town; its the main theater in Brownsville with XD surround sound, clean, retro Hollywood style facilities, quality concessions (beer and wine available) and superb picture quality!

This large facility is located on the northeast side of Sunrise Mall. There are multiple theaters inside the venue, all showing current up-to-date movies. The prices are amazing, including $6.50 on Tuesdays for all shows, $5.50 for senior citizen day for any show and $5.50 for any Early Bird show that starts before 1:00 pm. These prices are cheaper than anything in my home town including senior matinees.
The theater is always clean with staff working to clean up spilled popcorn and drinks. The seats are large and comfortable with ample legroom. The restrooms are amazingly clean. The people at the concessions are friendly and helpful. I don't know how a business with this many theaters stays open. I think the Sunrise Mall CineMark has around a dozen separate theaters. I love this place for a chilly, windy and wet winter or summer day. Parking is right next to the northwest Mall entranced. Plus, if you are hungry for more than popcorn, the Food Court in the Mall is very close by. And there is a lovely carousel outside the theater doors.
