Don’t use it, people is super rude and the scam is. Told us was a direct transfer and they stop everywhere took ages to arrive and the people are super rude when we complain of what we bought initially. Also the fit more local people that the car could

We booked Chiquila Holbox Extreme for transfer between Cancun to Isla Holbox.
First of all they were more than 40 min late. Second they suddenly tried to change the pickup place. Saying it was us standing the wrong place. Hereafter I sent them screenshots of the instructions we received when we booked, so that could see we were standing exactly were we should. Finally when we got picked up, I said “I think this delay and confusion has not been good enough” which let them to cancel the whole transfer and drop us off in the middle of nowhere.
Unprofessional- and the worst experience so far in Mexico. Will not recommend
