I'm shocked that this hotel has any good reviews . I
Was badly injured by a defective shower. I had paid to go on a bowls holiday and couldn't play bowls for the whole week. I have only just got a shoe back on after 2 months. The hotel offers no refund or even bought me a drink. The Customer Relations person has just posted that they are glad I bought it to their attention what a joke . They only did that because it's in public they didn't even answer my email what a joke .
They didn't even answer mine properly either ! In fact the reply i had just made me cross - they are just generic answers that are copied across to every bodies comments and that is what the staff are like - just fob you off tell you what you want to hear and get rid of you ! Hope you are now on the mend
