You may call them, send them an email as Jorge suggested above, and/or book a tour through their website. I've done all three options which were available to me at the time I was planning going on a tour. I went on a tour with them in January 2017. I spoke with Alethia, Jorge's business partner, and she's wonderful to work with. You can read my review about the tour for details of what my experience with them was like.
