More like a row of garden rooms/huts. Whilst the bedlinen and towels were clean and white and the room was clean and quiet, we would definitely not recommend this accommodation because it was like walking into a fridge. The pathetic wall "heater" did not work and the person on duty could not operate it either, and had to phone her boss to get instructions how to get any heat out of it. She made no apology for the freezing state of the room and seemed put out that she had to come along from reception to "help" as she was "about to go home at 4.30pm". Clearly the room had not been heated in a long time because the beds felt damp from the cold - we had to try and sleep with our outdoor coats on!! It is rather interesting that all the 5 star reviews are from people that stayed there in the summer months. We did not feel there was any food/drink options at the main building and had to drive to a nearby pub for food and warmth - it was a very inhospitable place but close to airport and not noisy - probably because everybody else staying there had also gone to the pub to get warm!! I have given two stars - one for cleanliness and one for being close to the airport but not the best choice for a startpoint to feel good to go off refreshed for your holiday, in fact, a miserable experience.

What an amazing place, such a welcoming atmosphere. I got a bit nervous as I wasn't dressed for a typical golf club and the manager was absolutely wonderful and welcomed us with open arms and arranged our transfer to the airport. We ordered a turkey bap and god it was delicious! Perfect place to lay your head before taking your flights. Thank you for being kind. 100% will be using this again if I need to fly from Bristol 👍

Well what a gem of a find if you are travelling from Bristol airport. Only stayed 1 night but from start to finish faultless from Alex and Lucy comms in booking through to all the great staff in the bar and restraint and the meal we had from chef Rib was amazing. All such lovely people. We could even leave our car for the week much cheaper than airport and they arranged transfer both ways (under 5 mins) taking all the stress out of an early flight / long drive…..The lodges are compact but spotlessly clean, lovely showers, Wi-Fi and coffee machine….perfect….cannot recommend it highly enough, thank you team Tall Pines 👌💯🙏

Excellent airport hotel! We had an early flight out and slept peacefully. Bedding was a good quality, beds comfortable and the coffee machine was a real plus point. Shower was fabulous! We highly recommend and will stay again.
