Cerca de toda la acción del casco antiguo. Bonitas habitaciones grandes. El personal es muy amigable y de gran ayuda. Salga por la puerta que está cerca de la farmacia, el escenario del Acto 2, Río Cuale y 4 cuadras del mar. Mi habitación era grande y silenciosa. Las criadas lo mantienen muy limpio. Necesita un poco más de actualización, pero fue muy cómodo. Definitivamente me quedaría de nuevo. Estuve allí durante 9 días. Una vez más, gracias al personal por hacer que mi estancia sea más cómoda.

I have been NOTHING but kind to the staff here and clean my room prior to the maid coming and STILL leave a tip, food and sweet notes. The ENTIRE staff here were kind in return with the massive exception of the piece of SHI!E manager Noais. He told me how it was MY FAULT that I requested and was approved for 2 extra night’s stay. After I got the approval from front desk I changed my reservation which cost me over $150. Then later that day was told I had to leave. No help at all. Just go. When I gave the manager a chance to make things PARTIALLY right by not charging me for the one night I did stay I was told it should be in MY MIND THAT THEY WOULD CHARGE THE FELLOW WHO ORIGINALLY TOLD ME IT WAS OK FOR ME TO STAY. I WOULD have NEVER ever spent the extra money changing my flight had I not been told (and have a witness to) that it would not be a problem yet I was told I was rude throughout my stay and was much trouble. I guess that’s what you get for saving a piece of tres leches cake for this man, tipping his staff constantly and ALWAYS saying please and thank you. I guess because I’m not a wealthy American I am not worth his time or help. Honestly, the entire staff was lovely but this manager I did spit at his feet and would happily do it again.
From the time I arrived nothing in my room worked I had sparks from my microwave in a very poor poor extension cord my stove did not work and I had the wrong parts for my stove. I was told that I should not expect to be able to cook because it was a kitchenette well then why offer a kitchenette with a stove microwave and toaster oven if I am not expected to be allowed to pack. Again, this manager sucks! The other staff was super helpful very kind and very appreciative of my niceness but the manager told me how rude I was and what trouble I caused him. He did not see trouble until he kicked me out of his hotel and he is bloody lucky the Uber showed up when they dead or he would’ve had way more trouble with me
