Fue la voz fenomenal de Silvia Rivera la que nos atrajo a este hotel en septiembre de 2022. Sin embargo, la propietaria de este hotel, Eva, y el personal eran como familia después de unos pocos días. Increíbles servicios de buceo estaban disponibles en el sitio del instructor Julio. La música en vivo sucede allí todas las noches. Buena comida en el restaurante. San Miguel está a un corto paseo a pie o en coche. Reservaremos nuestro próximo viaje allí para marzo. No puedo esperar para volver y bailar las canciones de Silvia.

Acabo de regresar de un viaje de buceo de una semana con un amigo y no veo la hora de volver. He buceado con Blue Angel muchas veces, pero fue el primer viaje de mi amigo a Cozumel. Todo el personal de Blue Angel (hotel, buceo y restaurante) es muy agradable y te tratan como si fueras parte de su pequeña familia desde el momento en que llegas. Eva y su personal definitivamente cuidarán de ti, así que échales un vistazo. ¡Nos vemos cuando regrese en enero!

Loved this cozy resort tucked in along the western coast of Cozumel. Just a little south of downtown so very convenient to the airport and downtown. We were only there for 4 days so we didn't go out of the resort much other than for scuba diving. The restaurant is excellant so there really was no need. Breakfast was included, rooms were comfortable with nice balconies overlooking pool and ocean with great views of the sunset.

This is a great place to stay for a scuba vacation. Let me tell you what it is, and what it is not. Both are important to know.
WHAT IT IS: Laid-back! If you want an easy diving vacation, this is it. It is small, about 20 rooms? Every room has a balcony facing the water. You can hang out in the pool, or (literally) hang in a hammock and read a book. The on-site restaurant is open-air and great for low-stress dining.
Are you scuba diving? Just make arrangements with the on-site staff. Then walk out to the end of the dock that is right there and board the boat. Don’t want to carry your gear? That can be arranged too. Your gear is waiting for you on the boat. When you get back, just hop off and head for your room; someone will take your gear, rinse it, store it, and have it ready for your next dive.
You can do unlimited shore dives right there. It’s not a scenic reef, but there is a lot of man-made nooks and crannies for marine life. And there is a surprising amount of marine life there—especially at twilight and nighttime! Definitely recommend doing this.
The rooms are ideal for divers. No carpet, so you won’t have that mildew smell from always being wet. And hey, the AC worked great!
The dive guides do a good job, and the dive boats were well-maintained and we always felt safe.
The hotel staff was helpful, friendly, efficient, and hard-working.
If you want to go into town, just step outside. If you even "sort of" look like you want a taxi, one will slow down for you. Easy as can be.
WHAT IT IS NOT: It’s not a luxury hotel. If you are looking for the Ritz, this isn’t for you. The shower was pretty much non-functional in our room, so we did 99% of our showers at the open-air shower by the dive shop. The only thing you put in the toilet is pee & poo. Toilet paper goes in the trash bin. If this grosses you out, this is not the place for you.
CONCLUSION: Would I recommend it? YES! Would I stay here again? YES! The value of this place is incredible. I hope you can give it a try and enjoy it as much as we did.

Hello. This is Eva Kristine. Thank you for your review. I was sorry to hear you had trouble with your shower. I can assure that the showers work well. As most condos, apartments, hotels and restaurants on the Island, flushing toilet paper and other items in the bathrooms is a no no and is bad for the Island's water systems. The rooms are cleaned daily and this is a common thing, even for larger hotels here. Thank you for your stay.

I came with a large dive group but I will come back again and again and again. Comfy resort, EXCELLENT food, fun and engaging staff and the DIVE CREW! Oh my gosh. They could not take better care of you. (And unlike some places the AC will freeze you out!) If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dive with Ramon and you'll be going back again and again as well.

It is especially challenging on an Island to make collect the best and the freshest ingredients. My staff work very hard to make it all happen. It is all worth while when hard work is noticed.

hello. many of our guests walk to town. the time it takes depends on where you wanted to walk to and I suppose your gait. Was there a particular place you wanted to go to? i could tell you to get to the Chedraui supermarket and theatre mall would take approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
