If I could, I would give 8 Stars to this hotel. Service is really outstanding! Whole hotel is full of details, everywhere you look there is a small detail, a lamp, a craftsman figure…. The hotel idea is very peculiar and creative, every room is different, full of manual arts and architecture. It’s kind of surreal art using lots of quartz stone. Views are simply the best in every room. Food and beverages magnificent. Try and stay at this hotel, you won’t be disappointed. I recommend renting a car from the airport, this way you can go in and out to Zipolite and Mazunte (15 - 18 min drive). This place has something special that you sleep and rest deeply…. Hotel is for relaxing and not partying… go with your couple and have the best of time and experience… totally recommended. The sound of the waterfall and the waves crushing in the rocks is simply the best relaxing sound! Beach is 3 min away. Eat by Cordelia’s at Playa Panteon and enjoy life…. ,!!

An incredibly unique hotel with astounding craftsmanship and details you won't find anywhere else. Although still under construction, the open areas are like something out of a fantasy movie.
Sitting on your patio on a hammock watching the kestrels and seahawks float on the air at eye level is a cool experience. Can also see whales from your patio while soaking n your tub or sitting on the chaise reading a book. Very calming and relaxing.
A central spot to a few little villages that are cool to see.
Anna makes the absolute best food in town and we wished it wasn't only for breakfast! The dining area is incredible and the best view in the bay.
Alfredo was a superb host and was very helpful getting us connected to rides and everything else we needed during our stay.
A novelty in this region was very good internet if you're so inclined.
Anna and her husband Samson even offered to tour us around and also took us to the airport for our departure.
We stayed here after a week at Secrets in Huatulco and was a perfect change of pace for us.
Can't say enough nice things about the people or this hotel. Highly recommended if you're in the area or even as a destination trip.

I have been asking for an invoice since the day I paid for the christmas dinner (16th of December 2021). I’m talking to Alfredo on Whatsapp and he never gave me the invoice. Now he told me It’s too late because we are in 2022… I just don’t undersand how it could be so complicated ? I just need an invoice for my company… I’m tired to write to your hotel everyday without any news. That’s not professional. DON T GO HERE FOR PROFESIONAL REASON THEY ARE NOT READY !!

Digo que es difícil de describirlo porque a simple vista parece ser un hotel feo. Sin embargo esta lleno de detalles artísticos y lleno de laberintos estilo Sir Edward James. El servicio no tan bueno. Y es Puerto Angel no hay nada que hacer. Sugiero mejor otras playas

I had high expectations coming to this hotel after seeing the gorgeous photos online. I actually was like surely it’s not down this “road”, but low and behold there was a gate that opened into a secluded paradise. What made this hotel was the details in everything. The details of the artwork. The thought of everything needed in your room. They even had a small first aid kit in the room. I believe I happen to be the only guest at the time. The staff made sure I was always taken care of. They helped me find tours to join. Chef Carlos made wonderful meals and set up great dinners out on my balcony. I didn’t really want to go out and try anywhere new his food was that good. It was well worth every penny spent. I hope to come back again!
