From the minute we booked Aber Glamping everything was easily managed and nothing too much trouble.
We booked the Rowan Eco pod for two nights for four of us and it was just fantastic.
The whole set up is amazing and they have thought of everything that you might need to use. Even little extras in the way of ear plugs and eye masks and tooth brushes. Hot water bottles were provided and blankets were plentiful. There is WiFi if you don’t fancy being fully “Off Grid” A wood burner in the pod is a great touch to warm it up before bed time.
The toilet and shower area has been upgraded , it’s an old horse trailer by the pod. Great idea. The compost loo was interesting to use but you soon get used to it. We did ask to have it emptied on our second day and it was promptly emptied.
The kitchen area is fabulous with everything you need. We highly recommend hiring the wood fired pizza oven as an extra, we took the marks and Spencer’s pizza deal and sides and it cooked them AMAZINGLY!!
Once it dropped dark it was awesome to sit outside with the fire pit lit literally staring at the stars, truly magical.!!
We couldn’t recommend Aber Glamping enough and will definitely return at some point to complete another walk in the Brecon Beacons.

We have just returned from an excellent family break at Aberglamping. The yurts are spacious and comfortable, the facilities are clean and well organised, and the surroundings and views of the Brecon mountains are glorious. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Nicola has thought of everything, down to hot water bottles and a well equipped kitchen. We booked a farm tour which we'll be talking about for some time, it was excellent. Highly recommended!
