This is a great value hotel in a very expensive ski area. The staff are great (Leandro in particular) and all speak several languages. We were really lucky to have a triple room just for the two of us and I have never had so much storage in a French ski hotel. We had empty drawers! Separate modern loo and bathroom is a great touch. Loads of hot water and good towels. Room was quite hot so did not need heating to be on. Plenty of plug sockets and we had a fabulous piste view. They don't clean your room unless you ask but wee were quite happy with this. Carpet could have been better hoovered when we arrived but I am being picky here. Boot room is tired and smelly.
Lovely bar area but a little chilly. Dining room is also on the cool side whereas the breakfast room was warm. Evening meal was a choice (the night before) of three courses. The food was pretty good, nothing I would complain about. There is a Savoyard night once a week where you get a choice of fondue or tartiflette. We had the latter - don't have a big lunch! Wine list is OK with reasonable bottles around 24-28 Euros.
Spa area is great, we used it on several occasions. The only gripe I had was that getting into the hot tub was quite difficult as you have to climb up stairs and climb over the side of the tub which was quite high for me. The steps being wet needed careful navigating. But again it's a very minor gripe.
Location is great, genuine ski in and out. Minutes to the lift, supermarket and the very reasonably priced sports bar. Ski back down a green (it is really!) or a blue. It rained while we were there so neither were very nice after but there is always the bubble down an it's only a very short slightly uphill walk back to the boot room.
If I went to the Courchevel area of the 3 vallees again I would definitely stay here. Reasonably priced and you get what you pay for.

En una zona carisima, este hotel tiene un precio asequible.Muy bien comunicado con los 3 valles y tanto el personal como su director son muy atentos y amables.Casi todos hablaban español,a pesar de ser britanica la mayor parte de su clientela.

This is a very well placed hotel right in the heart of the resort with ski in and out on offer. The Tania lift is only 200 yards away and the ski rental shops close by. This is a very friendly hotel with excellent staff and perfectly adequate bedrooms. The dining and bar areas are fine and there are good play and spa areas with sauna steam room and hot tub. They try hard to get a good atmosphere going with theme evenings and karaoke once a week. There were some excellent singers the week we were there! All in all we would be very happy to return

I will start with the good points: very convenient, you can ski in and out, also the main lift is very close. The rooms are a reasonable size and we had a nice view of the piste. The breakfast was good - scrambled egg, bacon, croissants (although they did run out one morning), yogurts. Pancakes & waffles (pre cooked) and all the usual continental breakfast.
Bad points: The dinner - we tried the food a a couple of times, it wasn’t good and even though we’d paid for it we decided it was better to dine out. (You also have to tick your menu choice for the following night during the previous night dinner). The bar area is not kept tidy and the fire is not regularly lit. The boot room smells like a sewer and as you ski out there is food: orange peel, wrappers). Some nights there is karaoke so suggest a high floor room to avoid the noise.
I would say this is a low 3 star hotel but it is in an excellent location.

My family paid nearly £6000 for this hotel, it is horrendous. The lifts didn’t work so we had to trudge up flights of stairs with heavy suitcases. The food is awful and the staff are too busy talking so you are left looking at your food for nearly half an hour, the staff are sarcastic. Nothing works such as the sauna, boot warmers in the ski room. It needs serious investment and to not hire kids. The location is good but that is about it
