I am there now. I can't fault the entertainment, even if it's not aimed at my age group. I can't fault the food, it's tasty. Its like a prison canteen but the restaurant staff do a great job. Obviously it's great value despite the prices going up this year. However, there is no comfort, the chalets are worse than ever and like prison. It would be good, if they did a deep clean when they close as the curtains have decades of dust. You will be staying in someone else's filth as bathroom are not totally cleaned. Bits on floor as no vacuuming. Sheets are badly stained. They now only give you one pillow. I asked for another and was told I had to pay £10 because people stole them. I bet they didn't and I should not be punished for what other people have done. If bedding is missing, they should take a payment from the thieves cards. They had the old ballroom chairs in the chalets at one point but seem to have removed them. A very old couple asked if they could have a chair in their room as the wife was struggling, they were told a firm no by the receptionist who seems to take pleasure in sayi g no. As most customers are OAPs or disabled plus prices seem to have gone up by about £50, they need to be more accommodating.

Great location and facilities, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
Food: Breakfast very good. Dinners ok, serving such a quantity of people at each sitting must be a challenge - the staff do well although it wasn't perfect.
Accommodation was comfortable, clean, basic but adequate - we didn't spend much time in the room.
The Bluecoats were fab, as was the private event we came to at the venue. We also enjoyed the chill out space playing pool, snooker and other games. We will definitely come back

The room was really dirty, spiderwebs and spiders everywhere. The radiator kept turning off?? There was no shower head, had to buy an attachment so I could shower. Didn’t mind the food, so props only to the kitchen workers x

The room was alright as per usual , i come to Sand Bay holiday village regularly and i’m still here now. The only complaint i have is people putting things on to reserve a table and half the time there’s no-one even there! Last night I was trying to watch the bluecoats show and a man was sat in front of me wearing a father xmas hat, i had to move my chair so I could see! Get2events have the right idea, first come first to get a table, no saving them.

Club rooms comfy and clean, breakfast very good and hot. Bar staff and blue coats friendly eclipse are amazing aswell. Good value for money. Had baby ducks coming into the rooms looking for food bless them mother stayed near by. Regular bus to Weston supermare
