Quizá sin el encanto de los hoteles boutique o havelis, pero en un entorno inigualable, un jardín inmenso a orillas del lago de Udaipur. Las habitaciones espaciosas y las camas muy cómodas. La zona de la piscina, lo mejor, con servicio de bar incluido, y una happy hour que dura toda la tarde. Tuvimos un problema con una habitación triple, porque con la cama supletoria quedaba muy poco espacio, y nos cambiaron a una suite.

A small boat cruise on Lake Pichola to reach our Palace is indeed an incredible experience as it gives a brilliant insight to the history of the Mewar Dynasty and the Flora & Fauna of the Aravalli ranges. I must also add here that we have the largest room size in the luxury segment for most category of our rooms overlooking the pristine water of Pichola. Sheesh Mahal, our Indian Fine Dining Restaurant, perched on Lake Pichola under the stary skies is definitely a must do in our modern day Palace. Advance table reservations are always recommended as this is one of the most sought after dining destinations in Udaipur. Reservamos el hotel sin saber la maravillosa experiencia que nos esperaba. Apenas nos recibieron con música y flores cada personal del hotel con sonrisas siempre atentos a lo que necesitemos. El servicio fue de 20 estrellas el lugar bellísimo y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Generalmente no escribo reviews de ningún hotel pero este fue algo extraordinario que siempre vamos a recordar. Cocinamos comida india con el chef, cada comida estaban pendientes de nuestros requisitos y se esforzaban por cumplir cualquier pedido especial. El servicio de ama de llaves muy Bueno, siempre nos dejaban dulces y sorpresas. Y para celebrar el aniversario nos prepararon un barco especial con flores postres y detalles. En l piscina nos atendieron súper bien. Cada segundo nos llevaban comida jugos etc. Ni hablar del ambiente del hotel realmente un palacio sin igual. I'm still in touch with the staff so have just asked. There are 80 rooms but some of them can hold more than two guests. Apparently they hotel can accommodate up to 320 guests. There is a magnificent suite for the bride and groom and it would be a wonderful venue for a wedding. In fact we had to move our dates of our stay because the place had been booked out for a wedding around the middle of February. Even if you can't fit all of your guests in this hotel there are other hotels nearby where they could stay. If you are going to Udaipur, this really is a beautiful place to stay. Ask for Riya, she is the best butler.
