See my answer to Karina above. My view is the stairs would be demanding for limited mobility. You are walking down steep stairs to back of hotel, or steep climb up. It test your fitness. Ice & snow would be issue for slipping and falling. My 13 yr old slipped and fell quite hard. In summer it might be different, but I don’t know what surface of stairs is. There are stairs to front doors of most chalets, you might ask if they have chalet with direct access to door level. However, shuttle is very easy and on demand. They arrive fast to the pick up spot. They are vans with side access doors, but of a high step up, but should be ok. Club Med are very accommodating.

The chalets are located close by to hotel on higher level on the hill, and you have a choice to use an on demand shuttle to ride down. Or you can take 5 min walk down some stairways, depending on weather. We often walked down, enter into hotel from back L4 and take lift down to lobby areas. The shuttle works from a Welcome Lounge on chalet level which is effectively a bar, fireplace and entertainment area for chalets only, In chalets you can use your butler to set continental breakfast, light fire each morning - very nice! You ride to hotel to use dining facilities, see entertainment. Chalets were great, lots of space, don’t feel like living in one room. We had 2BR chalet + lounge + dining set on double storey for 3 of us.
