Fausse description de l appartement
Avec photos trompeuses.
Situé sur une route, avec trafic incessant et juste au dessus d un restaurant sushi bruyant également.
Difficile d accéder à l appartement si le locataire n est pas un... robot. Les clés traditionnelles n existent pas. Un téléphone avec internet est indispensable.
L heure... c'est l'heure, ne pas essayer d arriver 1/2h avant, sous peine de payer un supplément de 15gbp
Pas de lumière dans la cuisine. Vaisselle à refaire. 1 seul torchon cuisine pour un séjour de 5 jours
Très grave erreur de réserver via Booking.com. les 2 institutions invitent leurs clients à jouer au ping-pong. Toutes les 2 sont de mauvaise foi.
Il existe tellement de commentaires négatifs sur Charles Hope, que cette société continue ce genre de location en toute impunité. Ne pas Tomber dans le piège comme...moi

Sent the below complaint to Charles Hope on 26th Sept 23. Was told I'd get a response in 3 days, still waiting...
I am very disappointed and upset by my totally unsatisfactory stay at Akron House, Charles Hope, Brentford.
Firstly your sign posting is absolutely dreadful. I was only able to locate Akron House because I've stayed with you before and on that occasion phoned you up and got directions from the Charles Hope building across to the poorly signed Akron House.
This time, I at least knew which building to go to, which was a blessing since I arrived in the dark in the late evening...although I was disconcerted to see a large group of builders smoking joints outside the main doors.
I followed the sign for apartment 48 - going all the way round the corridor lugging my bags when I could have just gone the opposite way and been there within 2 doors. The signage in your building would suggest that you want occupants to become trapped in it's corridors unable to find their room or an exit.
I arrived at the apartment at night on my own and after entering the code to the door several times and it going green but not opening, I was alarmed when someone already inside the room swung open the door to see what was going on.
You'd given me a room with a guest already in the room! And they weren't happy about being disturbed either. I felt incredibly vulnerable as a female on my own at night knocking on the door of a strange man.
Upon calling you, you then directed me to another room - despite not asking for my name or details. At this room there was just a door with no code lock. This seemed to baffle your customer service who then put me on hold for 5 minutes before coming back to actually ask my name for the first time.
This started a repeated pattern of getting put on hold.
By this time I was getting cross and anxious. I felt very vulnerable. Your lousy response was to offer me the chance to cancel (where the hell was I going to sleep if I did that?) OR a late check out, for a room I hadn't even yet been able to access!
Then on the THIRD attempt at finding a room, No 70, I arrived on a floor with signs that said No 72 onwards with no sign directing you to No 70. Eventually I found it but customer services didn't know how to open the door.
I then waited about 5 minutes on hold whilst you tried to contact someone on site, and then another 5 hoping someone would turn up as you'd promised.
Upon finally entering the apartment it absolutely stank of cannabis but by this time I had no energy to even begin to ask for another room.
During my evening I repeatedly heard my door jolt when other people closed their neighbouring apartment doors, and I kept thinking someone might be trying to get into the room due to my earlier wrong room experience. It was really unnerving.
On leaving in the morning I found no signs for the building exit, not even in the lift...and eventually followed fire exit markings to orientate my way to the foyer.
This was an absolutely disgraceful and appalling experience.
