Entramos en el salón drago hace unos meses mientras visita el centro de Newport.
Fue un agradable oasis de la ajetreada frailes a pie centro comercial que, aunque tiene un montón de restaurantes, parece tener principalmente saben bien que sirven todos los restaurantes de cadena la misma comida.
Drago lounge tiene un ambiente agradable y sirve comidas y bebidas durante el día, así que si llegas tarde, es agradable ir a primeras horas de la noche. Recomendaría probar.

So pleased that you thought our Lounge was a nice reprieve from the chaos of Friars Walk. It can get a little crowded sometimes and we like to think we can offer a break from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Early evening is also one of my favourite times of day at Drago, as we dim the lights and get the candles on, it can be full of magical ambiance!

Llegamos el domingo un grupo de 20 tras una misa en la iglesia de familia cerca, nos dijeron que no somos anteriores así unos días antes tuvimos que subir y esperanza para el mejor. Sarah una de las camareras no podía hacer lo suficiente para nosotros corriendo por poner mesas, etc. lo más rápida posible, ya que estaba lleno cuando llegamos. Ella es muy agradable con los clientes siempre contentos y muy atento.
Nos encanta este lugar y seguir para volver, la comida es un poco impredecible, pero un gran servicio y ambiente muy relajado. Se puede hacer con un poco más de organización, ya que parecía muy olvidadizo esa mañana, y no había ningún director que ser visto. No esperar mucho tiempo para nuestras comidas o teniendo en cuenta que estaba tan ocupado.

I'm so pleased that your visit with us was a success! Sarah is one of our most appreciated members of staff and is very well known with the kiddos as she's so playful and energetic. She's an absolute star and I'm thrilled that she enhanced your stay with us.
Our weekends are one of our busiest times, I agree, and due to our small size it can be slightly hectic, but we thrive on the buzz of the Lounge and utilise the energy to keep us going. We like to think that the feeling is mutual for those who visit us. I am interested to hear more about the lack of organisation you mentioned and meals, and would welcome further detailed feedback to our email drago@thelounges.co.uk as we are always looking to improve. In regards to a lack of manager, I promise we were there somewhere! Due to our relaxed clothing, it can sometimes be tough to spot us. We're always around to support our lovely staff and answer any customer queries.

Aparecimos en una copa y nos sentamos afuera en clima encantador. Tienes que ir a la barra para pedir lo que está bien.
Lo que me sorprendió más es el nombre, el Salón Drago, me esperaba textiles, etc.
No es así en absoluto, está lleno de mesas para comer, pero bastante agradable.
Variedad de bebidas es buena y los precios no son irrazonables.

I'm so pleased that you took the opportunity to enjoy our little sun garden, we get some amazing rays in front of our Lounge in the morning and afternoon and it'd be a shame we didn't get good use out of it. Excellent news that you enjoy our drinks also; keep an eye out since we'll be changing our seasonal beer soon!
The name Lounge is more in reference to the ethos that we like to breathe into how we do things at Drago. Ordering at the bar, a couple of sofas, homely decor, etc; we want to keep things relaxed and enjoyable, much like your own living room.
Sadly, we would love to have more sofas in the Lounge, but we thought that for those eating it would be a little bit uncomfortable trying to lean over their meals. As al alternative we provided a mishmash of cushioned chairs that could give a little of variety to the usual dining chairs.

Maravilla en Drago con amigos y realmente disfrutamos de la comida, el servicio era fantástico y muy servicial, la sala era limpia y rápida en cada servicio son incluso comida por allí era 11 de nosotros para comer.
El salón es como estar en tu propia casa.

Fui allí con mi amigo y disfrutamos de nuestra comidas principales. La atención fue muy buena, rapida sirven en el bar, que es donde el orden y el buen servicio para recoger platos, etc.
Tuve el brownie de postre y mientras este dice que tiene trazas de frutos secos, no me anticipan un sabor de naranja a la salsa que hizo brownie y casi incomible. Fue una decepción.
Volvería pero quedara opte por algo diferente la próxima vez.

Thank you for taking time out to leave us some feedback on your visit to the lounge, we are delighted to see that the service and the main meals were delicious, and the fact that the servers were on top form and the service was good - they really are a great dedicated bunch here and are always on hand to help wherever they can. I can see you had dessert and it was not what you were expecting, and for this I can only apologize! we would most certainly had that corrected for you immediately if we were made aware. Please give us a shout when your in next and we will provide a dessert of your choice on us!! I recommend the cheesecake it is amazing and a personal favorite of mine.

Buen lugar para tomar una copa o comer. Tenía un agradable almuerzo pero sirven el más asqueroso ketchup nunca. ¿Por qué por qué escatimar en lo básico. Si te gusta el ketchup trae su propia. Lo mismo va para tu mostaza decente, a menos que algo parcial a amarillo mostaza dice ser! ! !

Yo estaba allí para el desayuno y yo tuvimos una cena maravillosa. . El desayuno inglés completo era delicioso. Mi complementa a la chef, ya que la comida era entregado rápido, bien preparado y no pesado en aceite. Las setas estaban deliciosos. . . . . Prueba el lugar que le encantará. Mi camarera Emma define lo que significa la atención al cliente. Respetuoso, cortés y. Se aseguró la comida era la manera que había pedido. . . . . Sin duda volveré a visitar el sitio de nuevo.

Wow this is a great review! We are so happy with this as it shows exactly what we are all about, and it is so nice to hear it. The breakfast is extremely popular and the chefs have perfected it here at the lounge! Our chefs will be delighted with this review as they are often missed on really good feedback - They do an amazing job. Which brings me on to the fabulous Emma she really is a little gem - and will be over the moon with this review and she really is a customer service pro! And goes that extra mile every shift and is a delight to work with.

Este es un gran lugar para venir a almorzar. Tiene un ambiente relajado, agradable y está limpio.
Fui allí para el almuerzo en un día tranquilo y parecía tener una larga espera para nuestra comida. Cuando la comida llegó, fue lo suficientemente agradable, pero evidentemente ha estado sentado allí un rato.
Me gustaría volver de nuevo, pero sin decir que la comida es mediocre y el precio un poco alto para la calidad que ofrece.

He estado en una feria Salón Drago varias veces, para el almuerzo y para el desayuno. El desayuno vegetariano es impresionante; el mejor vegetariano desayuno que he comido, sin duda. Me encanta la decoración, el ambiente, y perros. El personal de servicio están siempre muy bien, y un joven incluso defendido (apropiadamente) yo y mi amigo cuando un hombre que se saltó la línea intentamos conseguir sirve antes que nosotros. No es demasiado barato, pero no puedo golpear una estrella para que porque la comida es deliciosa! Sin duda recomiendo visitar cualquiera aquí.

Había algunos lugares que podría haber elegido para el desayuno y creo que fuimos a la derecha. Fue probablemente uno de los mejores desayuno inglés completo que habíamos tenido, altamente recomendado

Fuimos por recomendación de un amigo que vive localmente, con mi hijo. El menú parece un poco más interesante equilibrio que esperaba con algo para todos los gustos. El personal es atento y amable. La gama de juegos para niños para disfrutar mientras espera es genial. 100% recomendable. Definitivamente volveré de nuevo

We are a local cafe/bar and love that we have something for everyone. The staff here are a delight to work with and they really enjoy being part of the loungers mob; "nothing is ever too much trouble" connect four and Jenga are true classics and are played by young and old alike.

Restaurante comida era buena, pero estaba fría debido al aire acondicionado a todo volumen abajo de los ventiladores de techo, servicio de decepcionante, ya que teníamos que pedir comida en el bar, como contraposición a servicio de camareros. Cocina sillas para sentarse era vertical más incómoda.

Thank you for leaving us this review. I am glad to see you enjoyed your food as the kitchen do an amazing job here at Drago! In respects to the air-con this can be controlled here at the lounge and one of our staff would have been happy to help, we will be more careful with the temperature moving forward. As for the service being disappointing we are a cafe/bar and unfortunately we take your food orders at the bar and then bring your food orders out to the table. This is the same at all our sister lounges. We do offer table service but that would be at our Cosy Club sites. We have an array of seating from sofa's to the comfy window seating and of course then some random table chairs which add's to the eclectic feel, sorry this was not to your liking on your visit. We would love to see you back again soon.

Visitamos el Salón drago por el momento 1 calle hoy para un desayuno de vida y debo decir que era de muy buen nivel y el té, que era el mejor que he probado en mucho tiempo. El personal era muy amable y servicial. Recomiendo encarecidamente y espero en mi próxima visita.
