On behalf of the N25 family we want to thank you for your preference during your trip to Guanajuato and for sharing your comments on this platform.

Guanajuato is a difficult city to drive by. The tunnels can be a laberinth once you’ve lost the GPS signal which is not helpful for the visitors and we understand how desperating that could be for our guests, so we always suggest them to call us when they are arriving to the city so we can give them instructions to get to the hotel and be prepared to receive them as soon as they are outside with their cars, to prevent traffic officers from forcing them to move forward.

One of our goals is to have presence in the international market and receive people from all around the world and we know the imprtance of communication with our guests. That’s why we request our front desk staff to speak english so we can hear you and satisfy your needs as far as we can. We want to make you feel assisted and welcome and we are glad to read you felt that during your stay with us.

We work very hard to keep the standards of a luxury hotel so we pay special attention to cleanliness and amenities. We want to make you feel like home and this is achieved by making you feel comfortable and offering a good service.

As you mentioned, the property is located at the heart of the city and everything is walking distance. But, at the same time, our privileged location means that we are inside the cultural and historical zone which is protected by Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia (INAH), so the buildings inside this area should respect, conserve and mantain the original structure. With that said, the building has been adapted as much as possible to be a hotel and the architect made his best to install a spa so our guests could relax. We would have loved to have a bigger space for that but we are also commited with Guanajuato history, customs and traditions as part of our social responsability.

We are really sorry you had some noise inconvenients. Please, remember there’s always someone at front desk to assist you and we would’ve gladly help you to find out what was going on to stop the noise. Nevertheless, we’ll keep this in mind for our futures guests.
