Allow us the opportunity to express sincere gratitude for the time invested to share your getaway whilst staying with us.
We are glad that you were able to enjoy our wide variety of gastronomic options in our specialty restaurants, and the service of our excellent staff. On the other hand, thank you for your observations and comments about the different services and amenities that we offer, we will consider them as areas of opportunity to continue providing the best service possible to all our distinguished guests.

Consejo sobre habitaciones: There were not enough pool towels and cups (yes, cups). Bartenders had to ask guests to return the cups once done
