Este hotel solía ser una casa y fue acondicionado como hotel. Por dentro es muy bonito y pintoresco. La habitación cómoda sin embargo se escuchan mucho los ruidos de afuera, todos los días despertamos muy temprano por un gallo cantado y perros ladrando. Tampoco me gustó que en la recámara tuviera tragaluces justo encima de la cama porque entra demasiada luz. El desayuno muy básico, recomiendo que mejor lo tomen fuera del hotel. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro de la ciudad y se puede ir caminando. No cuenta con estacionamiento, es necesario estacionar en la calle o en un estacionamiento público que está al lado del hotel con costo adicional.
Dear Guests, Thank you for your comments: it is always good to hear your remarks so we can fix the things we can. In case you did not know, we are located in the Historic Center of San Miguel and our exterior presentation can not be changed because of the rules of INAH who govern the appearance of our building. Our hotel was formerly famous bordello in San Miguel de Allende. The rustic exterior used to hide the activities inside; now it hides the surprise of our spacious entry and fountain courtyard. Roosters crowing and dogs barking are the usual sounds of rural Mexico. I have become accustomed to them, but I understand and am sympathetic with your disturbance. Some people complain of the church bells and unexpected fireworks too. Future guests: please bring ear plugs if you are sensitive! We have some at the front desk if you forget. Also please let us know if you are light sensitive. We already have blackout curtains in the room where you stayed, but we also have covers for the small skylights there, but we need to know you would like them as many guests prefer the dim lightness in the morning. For guests who need parking we have an arrangement next door and can have a space reserved for your arrival. Parking is a premium in San Miguel and we are grateful for this nearby secure and covered option for our guests. Please visit again, and you will see how your comments help us improve!
Falta de obscuridad en nuestra habitación: el cuarto no tiene suficiente cortinas para garantizar la obscuridad del cuarto.
Mucho ruido arriba de nuestra habitación: un domingo en la mañana, el personal del hotel estaba barriendo el techo arriba de la cama. Fue un despertador muy desagradable.

Bonito hotel, sin embargo las habitaciones son pequeñas e igualmente las duchas, el inodoro un poco viejito.
No tiene tv pero cuenta con una sala compartida donde hay tv y una pequeña cocina.
las instalaciones del hotel son muy bellas, es bastante grande con diferentes areas para disfrutar.
El wifi es lento.
No tiene estacionamiento, sin embargo muy tranquilo para tu descanso y zona muy centrica.

You stayed in one of the 4 "character" rooms of our famous house. Many people do not realize these are part of an historic building and are booking just for the economical rate we charge for these small rooms. We always hope the service, breakfast, location and common grounds offset the size of these rooms. Next time consider any of our other rooms which are much larger, or one of the suites which are very spacious. We do have valet parking and are in negotiations for a nearby private parking area just for our guests.
