Beware of the true dishonest!
I would point out that this replication is the same as the one released for the review entitled "Estancia divertida" because they come through the same person.
Firstly, the lady booked a two night stay for two, choosing a room with a single large double bed through the booking.com circuit, accepting the terms of the contract, including an Italian breakfast included in the price.
On arrival (around midnight) the lady requested for her and her friend two large separate beds and a continental breakfast in addition to the Italian one(virtually, a full meal!) For two people.
Of course it was explained to her that having two large separate beds needed to move them to a quad room (which fortunately was free) and that this involved canceling the previous booking of the double room, without applying any extra charge, and no extra charge for extra breakfast too, with a ladies savings of more than 100 euros for the two nights!
When we can, we always try to avoid applying extra costs to meet our guests' requests, but changing the room is always a difficult task for a facility like ours that has only 3 rooms, especially when booking is not directly from Our site, but from booking.com.
In order to re-rent the double room which is left free because of the change, in fact, you must first cancel the previous booking, and the only procedure for making room changes is the "no show".
In this case, after midnight, the free room was not even more bookable and remained unsold for the second night too!
Finally, to please the lady, we had to give up about € 260 in probable gains (for the two days when the double room was left unsold) and more than 100 euro secure earnings (for extras we could apply to the lady).
The lady spointaneously adhered to the proposal to change the terms of the booking.com contract, by going to a private agreement, and enjoying all the benefits of her stay, as can be read in the first part of her narrative of the facts.
So her accusations addressed to us to be horrified people who make fraud are really original and grotesque, as I will explain even better later on.
Once gone, then, in a very improper, she announced at booking.com circuit to have stayed in the structure, without making any mention of how the events were actually carried out, and making us even charge a commission Booking.com, in addition to the non-payment of extras enjoyed.
We know that it is impossible to claim that people always show their gratitude, or that there are no ones who threaten to leave negative reviews. Even tripadvisor procedures are not perfect, and in some cases hosts remain victims of unscrupulous people: and so, in the past, we hosted a psychiatrist who, while we were suffering from his continuing psychological torture (even spotting with Its colors the Persian carpets, furniture and linens in the occupied room) did not give up on all the benefits of her stay, and as a "prize" she rated us with just one star (as "bad"), As we have hosted a writer who has enjoyed free extra and has not paid for the damages caused by his really lively children.
This lady, instead of being influenced by some 500 reviews speaking of a mytichal lady Bozena , always loving and helpful, embodying the prototype of the person truly dishonest, not disdain to damage casually the image of those who honestly and with great sacrifice do their work, even getting to register on the tripadvisor website with a second profile.
In fact, after telling the facts falsely and tendentiously, she wrote a first review (with the "etce" profile) giving a for stars review ("very good"), but then, with a second profile she registered few days ago (7 june 2017!) with her true surname, gave a second review (the same day 7 june 2017), with a two stars evaluation (as "poor") by increasing the amount of falsehood and also by sending out injuries by mail, who have seriously hurt Mrs Bozena.
Already with the profile registered in 2015, however, there are reviews which prove that the lady likes to take advantage of extras who then would not want to pay, pushing it to misleadingly use its right to review the structures in which housing:please look in her profile the reviews entitled "Disappointing" where she complains that she had to pay an extra night due to a late ceck-out, or another one entitled "Careful with Hidden charges" where she complains to pay for an intercontinental phone call.
For these serious behaviors, we decided to denounce the lady at the booking.com and tripadvisor customer service and decided to charge any extra she enjoyed while staying at our B & B.
