Un hotel magnifico que ha cambiado de dueños y ni enciende la calefacción. Ha quitado el mini bar, los detalles de vino y cafe con pastas. En fin que pagar 400 dolares por dormir en un iglú, con servicios solo de pago, con moqueta sucia y sin ofender a nadie con clientas nocturnas medio desnudas no es mi hotel ideal. No volveré
Hello, the description of your stay with us is alarming to say the least. The hotel has had a brand change from Andaz to Centric. Although we have removed some of the Andaz amenities, we have some wonderful additions as Hyatt Centric. We certainly have heat at our hotel, you visited over a time when it was very Warm 74 degrees in fact, and then down to 50 degrees in the evening. We are housed in an old NYC building which is on a two-pipe system, so it definitely can be a challenge over days with a drastic drop. Did you speak with a manager while you were here? While we are a different brand, our Hyatt values have not changed. We generally have a dress code for our guests, but we do not allow nudity in the lobby, I'd love to hear from you exactly what happened. El edificio no esta en buen estado. En mi suite de piso alto no funcionaba la calefacción. No había cafetera en la habitación. Habitación sucia. El staff no hizo nada para solucionar el problema, y fue poco amable.

La atención de los empleados fue buena. El hotel se siente abandonado, olor a encerrado, la recepción en remodelación y los cuartos con mucho polvo y mugre. Ciertamente no es digno de un Hyatt. No se dejen engañar por las fotos

I believe you are confusing us with the next door residency side that does not intersect in anyway with our Hyatt Centric Wall Street. Our reception is fully renovated. It was torn apart and newly rebuilt 5 months ago. You may have been confused and walked in towards that side, I am sorry that their security did not nudge you into the right direction. Our lobby/reception area has brand new local art, beautiful lounge chairs and chandeliers that are meant to inspire and express our Downtown NYC area. Estuve con mi esposo visitando New York por unos pocos días y decidimos apostar por Andaz por un a publicación que encontré en TripAdvisor. El hotel está súper bien ubicado en medio de Wall Street cerca a varios lugares para conocer. El Barrio Chino y el Little Italy lo hicimos caminando igual que Iglesia de St. Patrick y otros más. Todos a un paso del hotel. Al llegar habíamos tenido un contratiempo con la aerolínea ya que nos adelantó el vuelo a último momento y llegamos mucho antes de lo planeado. Llegamos al hotel cerca de las 7am y cuando le explicamos la situación al recepcionista, nos ayudó de manera que nos dieron la habitación mucho antes del horario del check-in. Realmente el trago amargo del vuelo se nos quitó de inmediato. No solo nos atendieron súper bien, siempre había una persona que nos daba ayuda y alguien que hablaba español. Aun los que hablaban inglés fueron muy solícitos a nuestras requerimientos. La habitación súper genial, la vista espectacular. El baño tenía una tina en medio que era de ensueño y todo súper limpio. Volvería 100%

Our soaking tubs are a great feature in our rooms and a wonderful way to relax after exploring the city so it is great to hear you were able to enjoy this. I hope you can return soon.
