I love little kids but sometimes they can be little destroyers and prefer not to accomodate kids younger than 15yrs old to avoid future troubles, Kindly smoke on the terrace and not inside the house, please don’t use your shoes on the bed or carpeted area, instead use house slippers that are provided for you at the apartment. Pets, parties and event are not allowed. Thank you
